these days restaurant spend lakhs of rupees on ambience , open kitchen and other things but they serve in cancer causing PLASTIC PLATES. but no body bothers , hot hot idli dosa they put on these plastic plates , people dont pose a problem.. atleast you from next time onwards boycott plastic plate serving hotels.
I too had the same concern and informed the restaurant management about this. In fact, they use banana leaf in their other outlests. Not sure, why they have decided to go for these plates.
Thank you for the information.. Share the price tag for everything you share. So people have an idea. Not all in our country are Ambani or Adani, so it would be good enough if we knew the price range.
Yes sir, they have 3 more outlets in Kalyan Nagar, Indira nagar and Brookfield. This is thier fourth outlet, but this is the only All-Digital restaurant, I think.
Looks like a nice outlet. I am used to the more crowded AECS/Whitefield one, but will visit this one too. Hope they do refills of chutney sambhar here too as that is something common at other branch. Adai looks nice.
It would have been great and helpful if you mention the cost of each dish. So people wouldn't get disappointed when they go there. Please mention the rates sir. Love your videos.
Thank you. Since it is all digital, the bill came in Whatsapp and while cleaning up the messages it got deleted by mistake. Sure, will do it next time. As I mentioned in the video description, the prices are on the higher side as it is located on the hot and happening Jyothi Nivas Colege road, Koramangala.
It seems as we progress in future, we are less bothered in quality of food and focus on food. They seem to be very focused on technology and fancy snaziness of the store than on food. The Darshini is a Bangalore invention for the sake of the consumer good that seems to be hijacked for business promotion. The point was about affordable yet hygienic food not to be showy and pricey. I can't comment on the taste or quality of make but these outlets need to make these places more for the common man on the streets not for more than well off IT breed who can pay thru the nose and still be happy in the pocket yet pompously assume they're the only public market that matters since they're poorer than Narayan Murthy or Adani...
I understand your point about the influx of such places, that are highly inaccessible for common man. While Darshini is the answer from Bengaluru to the whole of India, on affordable food and a profitable business model, sometimes people would prefer a fine dining, relaxed setup for a South Indian meal. The other recent hi-tech cafes that have priced their dishes similar to this eatery, don’t offer that experience. We need to wait and see how this model from Filter Coffee is accepted by the Bengalureans. Thanks for your interesting insights.
@@foodNfoodonly what model are we talking about here? What high tech do they have actually? I'm into product design consulting and teaching. How different are they from a typical Darshini except for using year 2020 + materials? Many of the Darshinis and even old well known outlets are upgrading their spaces and using this very typical self order kiosks since the past 4-5 years, so no difference there in format or food quality, where's the stand out feature for their ridiculous high prices!? Except for we look like designer spaces? That Rameshwaram cafe crap & fiasco has started a bad formula trend like a bad Bollywood hit copied by uncreative producers. Those buggers only briliant scheme was to put up a Darshini in Defence colony 12th main, an area of unlocal Indiranagar which had never seen basic authentic South Indian food with regular chutney pudi & ghee we use in every home. And there was social media with kiddie hipsters. Sorry let's not encourage bad business trends justifying them with Jargon!
Over hyped and priced menu items. Taste is pretty standard no authentic. Service charge (Tips) is added to the bill automatically on top of high price. Also giving mobile number then we can expect spam WhatsApp messages and ads etc.
@@foodNfoodonly yes, But they r either not fresh or filled with full of preservatives or batter adjusted for machine use with no taste/texture resemblance to original food item...

Yes, since they are covering this restaurant, they should educate the establishments about proper hygiene practices

@@foodNfoodonly that's nice...also filter coffee doesn't look nice in a paper cup.
Yes i agree about your concern...
Many hotels in Chennai don't serve directly on the plates, they have the banana leaf beneath the plate ,hope Bengaluru and other Places also follows

The hotel is good. Background music 😂
Thanks. It is Sitar music with notes that bring bright mode. As Sitar is normally associated with melancholy in movies, it might sound different. :)
Sir, happy to see your food reviews. Admirations to your decent and detailed manner of presentation skill in food vlogging.
Thanks a ton!!!
@@foodNfoodonly Welcome 😊
Sir I think they are having a branch at Kalyan Nagar

Kalyan nagar is where filter coffee began

Yes, it is. It brings the feel of a upscale cafe. I didn't;'t go for a chutney refill, but that is a good point.
Nice,,I m heading there,,,
Enjoy and do share your feedback.
Instead of tamilnaadu style, they could have prepared Karnataka style. All styles of T N, people comes to Blore, then it’s going like tamilian Ulsoor

Is it? In Koramangala branch, they didn't add service charge, could be because everything is self service at this outlet.
Just removed cashier, supplier and cash, should have removed cooks too😂😂😂
That will happen in future, already idly ATMs and other vending machines are making news. 😂😂
