Should have been noted what form this is ie 37A however have to modify said form to a "Motion of Record" in my situation the defendant is in default as someone who is self representing simplifying or explaining which document(s) would help. Links are good however unless you know exactly what you are looking for very frustrating just my thoughts thank you though due to covid submissions are mainly on line.

Would this be similar to family law motion to change, but Applicant and respondent? Would the title page and index page be presented the same? This video is amazing,,,please do a family law version with the updated filing system etc. That would be awesome.

Thank you for your kind words! Please note that this video is only applicable to civil litigation in Ontario. Family procedures are different. I will see if my family lawyers will help me create a video on family law procedures!

Do I have to include the actual emails in a motion to change or can I bring them in to court on the day of the motion can I bring them up in court

On a motion, evidence is to be contained in an affidavit. That usually means that emails should be included as exhibits to an affidavit and not handed to the court on the day of the hearing. (Please note this video only applies to civil litigation in Ontario, not family law matters.)

This is so frustrating no one can follow this woman who just talks fast provides no close visual references that anyone can see clearly or print out. So sad l'm a self representing Appelant and your video the fast surface references cause more anxiety already experiencing
