Chose Zoey because fuck Mia. Not only did she lie to you but she worked for Umbrella all along. That is enough to screw her over but I felt bad in the end. Plus she attacked you and I wanted revenge.
The reason why is because the developers started to use motion capture, so they had to make his muscles more normal sized. He's still Chris "Fuck Boulders" Redfield and he still has that strength, but just normal sized muscles.

For example hand cut of = staples, bug bites = bumps on hand and arms, Fat Fucks vomit = burns, and blocking melee attacks = slashes across your hands. I find it cool how if you get slashed on the hand and than poor medicine on the hand the blood gets washed off but if you look closely you can see where the skin was cut.

The Bakers were great villains. Primarily because they're not villains, just regular people caught in the middle of something they couldn't control. The talk with Jack is one of my favourite scenes in the entire RE Series.
i can honestly say that the short cutscene at 3:20, showing Jack's true kind hearted nature before infection, was probably one of the best scenes in the whole game. It shows the major difference before and after. Infected Jack swears left and right but the real Jack only has kind words to say. Absolutely great scene.
Does anyone remember Spencer's Notebook found on the ship near the end of RE5? It had a list of Umbrella employees whom Wesker was ordered to kill, one of the names being Ethan W. marked as deceased. I wonder if maybe this is Ethan Winters and his death may have been faked somehow. It might explain why is married to Mia who worked for Tentsu which was made from the remains of the H.C.F. which was Wesker's terrorist group in RE Code Veronica

Mia was the one who brought the little girl to that place and infected the family, Mia is the one who dragged you out there to risk your life for something that she caused. Zoe on the other hand is a victim of Mia's actions and once you give her the antidote you just let her off to do whatever, you don't need her around but you know you saved a soul or whatever.

there is a picture at the start of the game before mia stabs you where you can pick up a picture of the old lady... on the back it says E-001.... so yeah i figured that she was the original Experiment. its kinda cool tho how the game puts ideas out there like that and its really up to the individual to acknowledge or dismiss
Savanna Tasler i noticed that too, and when i got to the end of the game with the syrum and it said E-001 when you inspect it, it blew my mind how the true antagonist was in front of my eyes the whole time.
Why in the world would anyone even consider choosing Zoe? I mean, I know that she helped Ethan escape and all, but Mia is his wife for crying out loud. She’s why this game even takes place because she’s the whole reason he even went there, and he has gone through the nine circles of hell to save her. He even got his damn hand sawed off to save her. So choosing Zoe just defeats the purpose of all his sacrifices. Put aside the fact that saving Mia is the happy ending. I know we don’t find out about Eveline until after making that choice, but I can’t imagine anyone choosing Zoe and not regretting it tremendously after beating the game. To me, choosing Zoe is simply a piss poor option. When I played it, not only did I choose Mia, I didn’t even look Zoe’s way. But to each their own I guess 🤷♂️

I'm so glad that the developers chose the Mia ending as the main ending because that's what sets the game apart from all other survival horror games . All other survival horror games are quite plain and simple really,you fight for your survival while undergoing a very thrilling and horror experience and if there is a secondary main character there's a slim chance they may survive and even if they do the games don't make it seem too rewarding and refreshing of a experience and it seems like those typical horror/thriller classics and these type of plot have kinda worn themselves out over the last few years. I say this is the main ending because that's what the DLCs based on and the DLCs start off where the main story left .Why would you choose Zoe when the intention throughout the whole game was to check on your lost wife who's been missing for three years? .Mia and Zoe dying at the end after all that makes you feel like "WTF is the point of all this struggle if Ethan's intent was to rescue and see what was Mia upto for the last three years in the first place?". And lets say even if someone happened to cure Zoe the ending should have been all of them dying(including Ethan at the very end) because curing Zoe and then watching both Mia and Zoe die and to be the lone survivor just makes you feel like any other survival horror game and it leaves a very unrewarding and bad taste imo.
Seeing the new game and the 2nd ending, Ethan probably gets a "better ending" here, since he doesn't gets Rose, and never goes to the village, at the cost of being traumatized and needing to live with this pain. But afterall, Ethan lives plenty more.
Ah as usual with RE questions, questions. Why in the world would Chris work with Umbrella? And why would Ethan just get into an Umbrella helicopter when their involvement with BOW-terrorism is public knowledge? He surely must have heard of Umbrella? And before someone tells me "Redfield" may not be Chris, the game's credits say Chris Redfield.
Or that Vendetta was happening at the time and ended with Chris getting a new look for a disguise while the rest of his team were undercover and hijacked an Umbrella helicopter then heard the commotion to rescue Ethan. The end.
Watch The boss fight database channel after credit it show "Not a hero. Coming 2017" with new look Chris Redfield on the background. So the other thing might reveal more or more question.
I cant get over how the armoire looks like it has a heart on it. Thats one of the first things you see in the game and one of the last. the ending is much better if you help Mia. i was pissed at her at first, but the ending is a lot more emotional if you cure her
I just wonder why the Zoe ending couldn't have ended the same way as the Mia ending. Isn't the player supposed to realize that the serum is no good anyways and doesn't really appear to cure either Zoe or Mia? The Zoe ending to me is definitely unsatisfying and frustrating. I mean the Zoe ending is sad in the sense that I don't think the player gets a really good explanation as to why both Mia and Zoe had to die. What do you guys think?
The ending were you choose Mia just made me really happy. Both of them live, and they can start a new life again. That was the ending I hoped for, and it's the one I got.

Mia was the one who brought the little girl to that place and infected the family, Mia is the one who dragged you out there to risk your life for something that she caused. Zoe on the other hand is a victim of Mia's actions and once you give her the antidote you just let her off to do whatever, you don't need her around but you know you saved a soul or whatever.
I saved Zoe, feel bad for the main character but that was the best decision for me.

there is a picture at the start of the game before mia stabs you where you can pick up a picture of the old lady... on the back it says E-001.... so yeah i figured that she was the original Experiment. its kinda cool tho how the game puts ideas out there like that and its really up to the individual to acknowledge or dismiss

Why in the world would anyone even consider choosing Zoe? I mean, I know that she helped Ethan escape and all, but Mia is his wife for crying out loud. She’s why this game even takes place because she’s the whole reason he even went there, and he has gone through the nine circles of hell to save her. He even got his damn hand sawed off to save her. So choosing Zoe just defeats the purpose of all his sacrifices. Put aside the fact that saving Mia is the happy ending. I know we don’t find out about Eveline until after making that choice, but I can’t imagine anyone choosing Zoe and not regretting it tremendously after beating the game. To me, choosing Zoe is simply a piss poor option. When I played it, not only did I choose Mia, I didn’t even look Zoe’s way. But to each their own I guess 🤷♂️

I'm so glad that the developers chose the Mia ending as the main ending because that's what sets the game apart from all other survival horror games . All other survival horror games are quite plain and simple really,you fight for your survival while undergoing a very thrilling and horror experience and if there is a secondary main character there's a slim chance they may survive and even if they do the games don't make it seem too rewarding and refreshing of a experience and it seems like those typical horror/thriller classics and these type of plot have kinda worn themselves out over the last few years.
I say this is the main ending because that's what the DLCs based on and the DLCs start off where the main story left .Why would you choose Zoe when the intention throughout the whole game was to check on your lost wife who's been missing for three years? .Mia and Zoe dying at the end after all that makes you feel like "WTF is the point of all this struggle if Ethan's intent was to rescue and see what was Mia upto for the last three years in the first place?". And lets say even if someone happened to cure Zoe the ending should have been all of them dying(including Ethan at the very end) because curing Zoe and then watching both Mia and Zoe die and to be the lone survivor just makes you feel like any other survival horror game and it leaves a very unrewarding and bad taste imo.

I cant get over how the armoire looks like it has a heart on it. Thats one of the first things you see in the game and one of the last. the ending is much better if you help Mia. i was pissed at her at first, but the ending is a lot more emotional if you cure her
I just wonder why the Zoe ending couldn't have ended the same way as the Mia ending. Isn't the player supposed to realize that the serum is no good anyways and doesn't really appear to cure either Zoe or Mia? The Zoe ending to me is definitely unsatisfying and frustrating. I mean why couldn't Mia just shove Ethan out the door and shut it like last time?? I mean the Zoe ending is sad in the sense that I don't think the player gets a really good explanation as to why both Mia and Zoe had to die. What do you guys think?
