I want to try this but want black with silver metallic and a little gold. So do they tint the venetian plaster the black? Is that top coat just a paint? Love the videos but wish they went into a little more detail for the beginner.
Thank you! It’s such a beautiful finish. I put a fan on it to help it dry. It depends on the substrate but usually 1-3 hours. The texture coat takes the longest since it’s thick. Once that is on the second and top coat drys pretty quick.

Hello, I used Valspar Venetian Plaster pearl color, almost white, I added Ruston Metalic/Silver on it and it has brown colors as I put it on, not white or mother of pearl. What can I do? Please help!
The material I used was from novacolor which is white marmorino KS no tint and the top coat was Ruston metallic/silver. You can get them from firenzecolor in New York or Miami.

No it’s like a transparent coating that goes over top of the marmorino ks. The color underneath matters too. If trying to get this finish, then no tint on either one.
