Couldn't agree more with all of this video. I've been trimming mine for over a year to save money and my family begs me to do this for every occasion! I do mine on the outdoor gas grill instead of inside, but the results are awesome.
Wow wow wow I love to watch you test your cooking l can almost taste it Great Great Cooking I don't know how to cook but after watching you I can be a great Cook Just like you Thank you You are the Bomb 💣 😋
This may sound dumb (and I now know that it does), but it never occurred to me to treat a whole tenderloin as a roast. I often buy tenderloins, but then slice them into steaks to pan-cook in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and butter (of course!). I need to try this next time we have a large gathering. That mushroom sauce looks amazing!
That looks like a Costco Tenderloin. Here that would cost $430 for that. That's just insanely high priced as I bought a whole side of beef that's almost 1/4 the price of the side and I get whole tenderloin with that side of beef plus all the other cuts. Got it cut in butterflied steaks though.
I'll be doing one for Christmas dinner with mushrooms gravy... I got mine at a meat market and didn't pay that price.... I'll be baking it like a roast....
Awesome upload, looked perfectly cooked to me but if you want it more cooked, just leave it in longer but prob not ideal for this cut of meat, will prob be very tough… to each his own I guess 😉❤️
Please don't overcook this cut unless you know all your guests like it that way. You can always cook individual portions a little longer, but you can't un-cook it. It feels like a waste of good meat for folks who like it medium-rare
This cook/chef is extremely easy to listen to and delivers the recipe/instructions in an informative way. Well, done.
That's what I'm cooking for Christmas this year. The mushroom sauce looked like velvety heaven.
You did a really nice job breaking down that cut of meat! Nice work!
Love, love, love your videos and recipes!

Can you do another video on how to use the other pieces of beef? Even one with scraps for dogs.
So you are from Canada!
Ours are at or under $200 from Costco in Texas
@ The ole Texas longhorns! Awesome beef!

I'd cut my portion in 3 separate pieces and have a different sauce on each one... What?! I mean, why stop at one?

OMG. The Japanese Wagyu Tenderloin (6lbs) at Costco is $998.00!!!!
I found it to be more expensive to buy it this way.
Will you marry me??
Actually Walmart sells the whole tenderloin much cheaper than Costco. Everyone just thinks Costco is the end all be all for things.
I don't eat bloody meat😣
You should. It feeds your blood!
It's bloody half alive. How do ypu eat something that's bleeding?
One bite at a time!
All carnivores do it. Humans really aren’t carnivores.
IYKYK It's not ground beef!!!
It is delicious
