Any tips to get the first screw off? I keep turning but no dice

Use a flathead to pinch the part of the clip that holds the screw. Pliers may work with just removing it but this will damage it.

My 2017 ct6 luxury twin turbo has six tourqe screws to take the glove box out. Then you can get to the cabin filter as shown in the video.
