Hi Marie! This is a beautiful home! The only things i could think about is that you have an opportunity to rebuild this house exactly how you want it to be. You even have a video diary of what things you would change. Please don’t lose hope in having this dream come true. Just think of this experience as a test run. So sorry that this fell through. I’m sure that it’s so heartbreaking to have put so much of yourself into it and not get to move in. I strongly believe that there is a reason for everything and Gods plans for us can sometimes be different than what our plans are. There is a reason for this that you may find out later. The home that you are renting is beautiful and I can’t wait to see the touches that you add to it.

Building a house is very personal. Every item is exactly what you wanted. It was so hard for me to sell the house we built. I know this was a hard video for you to make. Thank you for sharing.

So you basically decided to purchase a build a home in Texas very quickly after selling and moving to Florida? To be honest I like the home you are renting so much more than this house. My favorite was the one most everyone loved that you lived in before.

The house is beautiful and huge- especially love the giant closet! I think you lucked out though- never get a smart home because outside forces can control it- that would be a nightmare in my opinion.

I don’t know what to say. I’m so sorry you won’t be able to live and enjoy this beautiful house, I know it’s got to be devastating after all your hard work and effort. But, I just want you to know that I truly believe that things happen for a reason and even though you don’t know the reason now, this has brought you to where you are supposed to be for now. Don’t give up and know you have many, many fans supporting you and loving what you bring to them everyday. That’s happiness and we love to be included in your journey!❤❤❤❤
Head up.. you can rent few years until the housing interest rates slow and go back down. You can keep a list of what you want in a house. You did have a happy glow about you, you are home too. I loved your Florida home. I love the stair rails with knots absolutely gorgeous. I never saw that style before. Gods plan was not to see you struggle there. I'm sure you thoughts long and hard about whether you should go through with it. A new housing addition is going in by me but Indiana housing market is not big market in my area, it's not Indianapolis area I'm 45-60 minutes away. But anyway you will come out ahead you sound like you made the right decision.

I just wanted to offer some empathy from someone who has been in similar shoes as well. It’s hard to understand why God has other plans, but it does all make sense in due time. You lost a lot of money and learned some very hard lessons, but it didn’t knock you down. Onward and upward! ❤
