I am going through a. Legal Separation from my verbally and physically treatment now after bing married for 50 years and struggling with chronic panic attacks, sleepless nights and because I have been traumatized so my my Bipolar and Parkinson’s and autoimmune deficiency disorders are all heightened in their pain, I find listening to this Tibetan Song Bowl to release pain in all areas. It’s healing sounds cause the pain to feel as it’s coming to relax and slowly move away from my body and I believe that with time will put me whee my mind will calm itself and body pain will lessen so my fatigue and legs can walk more easily and the panic attacks will lessen and diminish plus my bipolar will lessen using my bipolar. Medications and Parkinson’s medications . I don’t fully understand Tibetan Song Bowl but for me it works. Something about it’s sounds meditative beautiful calming uplifting.

I thought of a singing bowl I had owned and how the frequency used to penetrate my body. I found this UA-cam piece for healing and played it with headphones. I woke up 4 hours later and lay down and slept another 3. It was wonderful.
May we all heal from deep inside mentally, emotionally and physically. We thank the universe for leading us to this healing journey. We are on the way up, We will continue to be kind but learn from the traumatic relationships that we were brave enough to finally detach from and give ourselves the chance to reach our full potential. Definately the best sound for meditation on you tube and internet i have tried several videos believe me this sound is perfectly tuned no other sound even comes near actually i was playing this sound on a speaker and meditating when i opened my eyes the speaker position was changed that was the power of the vibes of this sound who ever is suffering i highly recommend this sound to you.
I would be remiss if I did not comment on this. I had vertigo for five weeks. When this happens to you, the world as you know it stops. I had been doing all the therapy maneuvers I could find and nothing worked. One day I decided to try this frequency with headphones while I did my maneuvers. When I got up it was completely gone. Not like I think I feel better, no, it was instantly cured! Please let others who have vertigo know about this.
Hi Morris, i was diagnosed with BPPV and MAV....took a vestibular physiotherapist to finally diagnose me after 5 years with BPPV....the doctor kept saying it's just MAV (that's not treatable) after i insisted the migraine vertigo is mild and the other is not. neurologists also didn't find the nystagmus. I take the minimum sea salt daily, keep hydrated, avoid caffeine, get as much rest as possible. It's a horrible feeling and i wish it on no one. The Epley maneuver worked for me. Then in 2011, i took Cipro antibiotic....it's destroyed my life...i want everyone to stay away from this class of antibiotics!!! I hope this meditation will cure me.
