Vibegron 75mg (Gemtesa) - Side effects, precautions & uses

Vibegron 75 mg tablets are used for management of overactive bladder and to relieve symptoms of urinary incontinence. Side effects of gemtesa are important to know before its use. Urinary retention is one of the important adverse event noted with vibegron.
This medication can also cause diarrhea and cold like symptoms. A few medications can increase urinary retention when they are combined with gemtesa. For example, muscarinic antagonists like darifenacin and slifenacin can produce bladder relaxation and they can increase retention of urine. To treat overactive bladder, vibegron 75 tablet is given once daily. It can be taken with or without food.
