  • Dercum's disease, a connective tissue disease that involves subcutaneous adipose tissue, is known to develop following certain infections. During this presentation, we will discuss a potential association of Dercum's disease and COVID-19, and will highlight case examples of individuals who have developed the disease following a COVID-19 infection.
    We will also discuss the importance of recognizing and diagnosing Dercum's Disease in post-COVID-19 patients and the potential implications for clinical practice and public health.
