    I can’t believe 😮 I can actually SORT OF do the “impossible push-up” now. Last time I did this video was maybe a year ago and I was nowhere close and it truly seemed impossible. This is the kind of strength you build by doing just a small amount of Pilates and yoga daily, guys. To anyone who struggled w this video , don’t get discouraged . True strength is built with time. it’s well worth the journey 💪✨

    That wasn’t easy lol 😂 especially the impossible push-up, I have to admit I didn’t make it🤣 but It was definitely fun and I’ll use this routine on a regular to improve my hand stands! Thank you so much for this video!

    I have been doing this workout on and off for months and still can’t get through the entire workout without stopping!! Such a great workout in only 5 mins!

    The impossible pushups , dayummm! Those are killer. It's my day 2 and those pushups are making me cry 😅😢 but i will get there with practice i know that. Day 3 - i did it 3 days in a row. The impossible pushups are gonna need more practice. Anyway tomorrow is my rest day. I will come back here again to drop my comment when i will be able to do atleast 1 proper impossible pushup. Untill then keep practicing everyone , i know we all will get there someday💪🖐

    I'm getting better and better each time! I am still trying to get through the video just once without pausing, but the first time I did this video I couldn't even do the impossible pushups! now I can almost do all of the impossible pushups with you and only paused the video twice!
