Ill convert the loft as a 4th bedroom and make the bonus room to a theater room. I love true homes, im from NY and visited 2 true homes communities last month in NC. Love their designs hopefully will own a home from true in the near future

Welcome back. I would enclose the loft and make it a "Smoke Room" my husband and i enjoy cigars and have watched alot of videos were people have made very nice smoke rooms in their homes. Now that's something different.
Good afternoon! I would leave the loft as is and turned the other room into a bedroom. I just might leave it the way it's set up.

Wow wish my daughter was graduating this year. Because I would be buying right now and in my price range. Would need a Ranch 5bdr 3bath with and office and has to have gas. I will keep you guys in mind for 2025.

I actually would keep the loft because with it none of the bedrooms share a wall and that's a big deal once a house enters the $300's. Now that bouns space, that looks like 2 bedrooms alone.
