That's an awesome collection of rocks. Wife and I love looking at them and we were glued to this episode. Awesome JnV! Good luck to everyone whenever you do your GAW.
@@AlaskanAssassinAdventure go back and watch the first two episodes. Also check out the videos on the rocks I brought back from the Yellowstone river. Heck watch them all. Lol. Thanks for watching anything though. Lol. Appreciate ya AAA.
@@terrifisher5897 well him and his sister we found as puppies. The male looks more like a mastiff. Has to be close to 120 lbs. but we thought they were mountain cur or plothounds. Wasn’t sure. Their mother was a shepard mix and smaller, more of a medium size dog and longer hair that was all creme colored.
Hate to disappoint, but I just can't make it this time. I got booked up on some work shoring up our spillway bridge here at my little lake, and it will take the weekend to do it! I'm sorry about that, and so sorry I can't finally meet up with y'all and show a squirrel face to you! Have fun...and I know you will!!
NOt sure the area the rocks came from, but we have a ruff kind of Jasper here like what you have in the video and feels almost like sandstone. The one @2:34 looks A LOT like what we have here in Scott County AR our sandstone is super high in quartz and will polish sometimes having so much in it. We also have Tripoli: Is a microcrystalline form of quartz found in Arkansas. Tripoli is derived from the alteration of chert, chalcedony, or novaculite. I believe is it a chemical morph. but don't quite me on it. The one like I said at 2:34 with the pits in it looks like it. I don't know if they have it other places or not. . . . That info above I found online I WiSH I could take credit for it LOL
@@ArleneIaconelli-b7b thanks Arlene. Yeah this bucket was full of materials from all over. That one you’re talking about may or may not be from there. No way to know.
@@JnVrockhounding I'm trying to load these videos and it's freezing up... even when I'd try to do anything something would "stop running"... I'm going to watch it... I really appreciate the information on the rocks...
Very beautiful. I wasn't able to comment on the newest short but I could give a thumbs up.

Very beautiful specimens. The fossil soup stood out for me. The inside was amazing.😍
@@SRLGemstone yeah I was reminded that it’s called calligraphy stone but yes it’s basically fossil soup/deathplate. Thanks so much for watching.
