People should be looking at other sources for such information as this. I've been told by health experts such as Macrobiologists that both garlic and ginger should only be used medicinally-rather than daily, as in foods. As for water, I would not drink more tap water. I drink my own well-water, with hydrogen added; it's the hydrogen that allows the water to be actually used in the body.
I agree on the Well Water.. But Cayenne Pepper is Great for Everyday Use..and Fresh Grated Ginger Tea is A Cure for Imflamation a CURE...and I Might Add Cloves..
How about hereditary high cholesterol? I am constantly being told statins are the only thing that will help that type of cholesterol issue. Is this true?
I have it too and unfortunately needed a 6-vessel bypass 5 years ago. I didn’t even feel sick. Now on a statin and Zetia and have developed high blood pressure. I am definitely going to try this. Tired of big pharma!

I wish there was 1 complete supplement product that has all the necessary and important vitamins, minerals, herbals, etc.
