I always loved the idea of being nomadic, moving around from base to base, cache to cache. Having a main base is one thing but it basically sticks you in one spot totally.
Honestly the less edits the better, watching this is so refreshing. I can’t stand the overedited loud chaotic minecraft videos these days. I just started my forever world today, watching your video makes me feel motivated to start!!

The rain is low-key peaceful and such a vibe, I once got caught in it with a friend and he slipped nd fell halfway to his place, on a different day we played a mix of catch, basketball and soccer , the rain and me got so many memories I wanna skate in some light rain in the future too.
I started a forever world a couple of months ago. It's the longest I've played in a world since I started playing, which was fairly early in the java edition beta (I got it for such a good price XD). It really is worthwhile to have a forever world, especially since it encourages playing at a more relaxed pace and finding the playstyle that suits you best. I had a proper go at playing on normal when I started because I always played on peaceful, I ended up turning it back down and adding some survival type mods because I found that the hostile mobs just felt like they got in the way of exploring. It was good to actually test that out though, and I think it gave me extra info so I could add more things I do like (such as keeping in-game written adventure logs and doing stuff kind of "in character" or in ways that make sense to me in universe). I'm so happy to see other people starting/playing in forever worlds, especially since they seem to be more chill videos where people speak more candidly. Hope your championship went/goes well!

I started a single biome world, warm ocean and it's challenging and at least you have villages and mobs. that's the only thing I miss, but as for me too, I prefer raw footage, not overly glammed up productions. Now some I like, like shadowmech and sneve, but it's nice finding your channel and can't wait to watch other videos you put out.

Seeing these forever worlds is amazing. No "I spend 100 days in xyz', no BS. I was thinking of starting one myself. With Terraliff, Tectonic, and a "pew-pew" mod. Starting off as a lone wolf in the wild and building up to some true industry YEARS down the line with trains & everything(my current PC cant handle Create at this time). Definitely brings back memories of when I'd come back from school and Stampylongnose worked on another activity or ride for his amusement park, and when other UA-camrs' just had general survival worlds...oh those were the days.

We' will watch your career with great interest! :D You have the most calming voice to listen to. I wanted to start recording a forever world series of my own, gosh, a year ago now, when I was still starting uni and had relatively plenty free time. Something inside just wouldn't let me publish my videos, though. There were far too many little hiccups and stumbles in the way I narrated etc., and I really suck at the game. So let me tell you, just potting this out there is already fantastic. It definitely helps that your video is far more watchable than anything I made, lol. I thought you must be a 10k+ channel. In any case, I'll catch up with your latest video after I'm done with this one, I've barely watched the initial 12 minutes as of writing xD I wish you a great time here on UA-cam! @bananahead07- definitely agree with both of those. Been having issues with frames mainly towards the beginning of my recordings then I think it sorts itself out. As far as the glass I actually tried installing that in the past but it didn’t work. Maybe it’ll work on this version though haha

@@b5fremdet No worries at all, thanks for asking! Yes I’m a student and an athlete and it takes up about 2 hours of recording for each episode, about 30 minutes to an hour of prep depending on if I’m planning a build or just outlining the episode, and editing takes about an hour or two :)
