4:00 that curved piece is actually a magnet and is supposed to go under your shirt and the other part that droid attaches to goes on top. Otherwise, Great review! I would love to get one and have it as a little partner while I'm serving the empire/first order

It is! That part just goes to show, it can fall from about 6ft and hit concrete, and still be fine!

It’s cool. I’ve been a fan of the probe droid ever since I saw the first one on screen. I don’t know if it’s worth what they’re asking but as a droid guy I’d pick one up if I could. Thanks for the review.

It might be imperial, but I will add it to my Mando costume. He will look good sitting on my shoulder, babbling something. Originally I wanted a BD 1, but this one will do nicely.

I suspect that being an imperial isn't a prerequisite for acquiring and utilizing ID9 seeker droids.

Didn't these things work for The Inquisitorius? I like the function button light colors. Hope to see these things in live-action in The Mandoverse and Andor. Yeah, I agree: A stand would've been ideal, to showcase it in its best position. Thanks for the demo.

Well, it's not a drone. But I've been wanting one of these little guys for years.

It looks cool, but the price the Disney online store is charging for it ($99) is a bit much.
The DB-1 remote control droid the can interact with Galaxy's Edge Droid Depot droids is a better bargain at $109.
For sure, if this was closer to 70$ it would be better for sure
You said the instructions don't explain how to record each of the six sounds. I agree with you. Can you explain the process of recording the sounds from beginning to end? I can't get mine to record. Do I need to hold the record button down on the droid in order to record?
Correct, I held my button down, it usually only records about 7 seconds worth of audio but there is no indication on when it stops recording unfortunately. But after you wait it should be good to activate from the wrist band

How does the shoulder mount work? Is there a magnet to keep it stable?
So, after some people let me know in the comments, the shoulder mount actually comes apart, one part sets under your shirt and the other over top so it does not fall like how it does in the video lol. So it actually does have a decent shoulder magnet to help keep it in place. Thanks For watching!

All good, as long as it didnt damage the droid! Its definitely weird that it has one.

Unfortunately I’m not sure, but I believe they are everywhere by now hopefully, and they are still on shop Disney 👍
Does anybody know if he makes sounds like the ID10 seeker droid from the EA Battlefront 2? I'm trying to do an Inferno Squad cosplay and I wanna turn this guy into an ID 10.
You can record your own sounds! He comes pre loaded with the random droids sounds, but you can record a youtube clip of the droid you want 👍
I will try to get one but they are a bit expensive :(.
Yea, they are bit expensive, im curious if they will go on sale closer to mid December.
