Today's video is all about my thoughts on the body butter bakery products! We go over the silky summer body butter, body oil, hydrating shower gel, and nourishing body scrub in the scent Champagne Apples & Honey. I also chat about some of the other scents I have tried including Lemon Pound Cake, Strawberries & Creme, Pina Colada, and Orange Creamsicle. I also mention some of the key differences I noticed between the whipped body butters I had tried previously and the silky summer butters. I hope this video helps you make more informed decisions! I used to be a customer of Kym last year when I ordered from body butter bakery a few times and it went terrible! First of all Kym's products are very sloppy with the letters on all of her packaging rubbed off. She sent me a Lemon pound cake shower gel with dirt/debris in it and an Orange cream cake silky summer butter ended up with mold in it which I have photos to prove! I only had the summer butter a month before I noticed a lot of mold growing inside the cream. So disgusting! The straw that broke the camel's back was when I placed my 4th or 5th order from her. I ordered Pina Colada shower gel, summer butter and the body scrub and it arrived damaged. When I went to go retrieve my package at the post office I saw the package was all wet from the products obviously leaked because Kym doesn't package her products properly. Anyway the box was ruined and smelled bad so of course I refused the package and took photos. I contacted Kym right away via email letting her know my package arrived damaged and I sent photos. I asked her if she can resend my order since it got damaged she said she would. About 2 weeks go by, I contacted her to see where my package was and she told me she didn't send my package out to me yet because she needed the damaged package back first. I was surprised because I thought she would have already sent me my order since its been 5 weeks since I placed my order and since I refused the package USPS told me the package is being returned to the sender so I thought Kym already got the damaged package back but no. Another 2 weeks go by and I tried to contact her again on her instagram since I followed her on there, that's where I found body butter bakery. Anyway I saw she was posting about sending other people's packages out and I commented asking her where my package was since it has been several weeks since I placed my order and she became very rude with me and unprofessional and ended up blocking me on instagram. Needless to say I made a claim with PayPal for my orders with body butter bakery. PayPal is really good with handling situations like this, that's why I always use PayPal. Kym needs to work on her customer service! Her products are garbage and her business is garbage. My experience was so upsetting because I feel like I wasted my money on her subpar products and I wasted my time ordering from body butter bakery! I don't trust small businesses anymore and I only deal with places like Sephora or Ulta where I know if something goes wrong I will get a replacement or a refund with no hassle. I am sorry for my rant but I had to tell my experience since I can't leave a review on her website since she screens all her reviews and only shows positive 5 star reviews when actually she doesn't even deserve 1 star!

This is weird because I’ve been using her for a while and it’s my favorite over even large competitors! The scent lasted ALL day and the moisture was top tier!
@@thefkhimjournal6122 can’t speak for anyone but myself, but I definitely have found better experiences depending on different scents and formulas. I think it just depends on the person and the product!
