- For this video im with my girlfriend Emma and we've booked one of the cabins on the new exclusive only lake. This is Emma's 1st ever experience of fishing so i thought having one of the cabins would break her in to it gently!! It was a nice chilled out fishing time and we even managed to have a few fish!!

Oh Emma, bless you my dear, what have you done to yourself - do you realise what you have taken on, You should be sainted for putting up with him. Chris, I am most worried by the devious excitement and sheer delight you had from introducing Emma to 'that fishing tradition,' surely its only used for fish exceeding 20lbs - traditionally 🤣😜

Hi m8 , I see you at the Big one show yesterday but didn’t want to disturb you while you were out . A quick question regarding the avid leads with the Gemini stems . I’ve never used these before but I’ve got the stems which lol impressive but what do you do regarding the lead as I guess the have a plastic inner stem already. Do the come out or are they glued in ? If so what do you do to be able to use the Gemini stems .? Should have asked you yesterday but as I said it was your time out . Cheers buddy
It's dead easy mate, just pop out the plastic stem they come with , they're not glued in or anything. Then simply replace it with the gemini 5mm stem.

Love your videos mate but it’s very expensive in my opinion. The main lake suffers massively from hot swims only producing, I.e. 9 and the swims nearby. Shame really but after going 3 times I won’t be going back again
Most day ticket fisheries charge on average £30 for a 24hr session for an extra £20 or so a night with those few added luxuries I wouldnt say that was expensive at all. As for the main lake ive caught out of every single swim on the lake and having huge success in the pegs like 12, 5,2 etc on just days. But saying that i have fished the venue for years and know how to fish the place. Just a bit of time, effort and patience and you will reap the rewards. I hope you do give the venue another go and aren’t put off by the talks of so called hot swims.
