- For this video im on Linears Tar Farm Lake 5 for 48hrs.
it was a difficult session to start with my chosen swim not producing any fish, so on my last morning i packed up and did a day session in another swim, after a change of hook bait colour i finally managed to rescue the video with 2 half decent fish. - Спорт

You have done exactly what i did on tar 5. Moved from peg 7 to after 48 hours.
Now I prefer peg 5 out of both
Peg 7 did look carpy but gotta know when to cut ya losses!

It did! And easy walk to the car park 😂 Give peg 5 a try next time Chris or back in peg 9 there is a known spot around 24 wraps
@jamiepaget2775 cheers, but my soft rods can't get to 24 wraps!! 21 is the most I've ever done really giving it the beans! I need a distance set of rods too I think!

Loved that ending - always in with a chance whilst the bait is wet, even better the take was on camera!! Lake seemed pretty lifeless bar 2/3 boshes though.....

Hi Chris what is the glove your using when spodding please👍🎣🤔
It's not a dedicated spod glove, it's an old work glove I borrowed from my old job. It's like an elasticated glove but the palm side is rubberized

I've usually done best on there just fishing solid pva bags. A particle spod mix over the top and usually a small hookbait or a tiger nut tipped with a fake yellow corn.
I thought it was you mate I turned up on peg 11 but I think you had packed up and gone by the evening or next morning
Ah yes, I remember seeing 2 people setting up in pegs 11&12 as I was moving pegs myself. Yeah I was gone by 5pm. Did 48hrs in peg 7 then paid for a day session in peg 9. Glad I did now or it would of been another blank!
