This video is pure gold for first time food processor users like me, to know how we can use this to cut indian veggies indian style. Thank you so much. If you do this again in English, I am sure you will have even more views and likes.
Hi suja tried okra with thick slice Doesn’t cut regularly as shown here Few gets shredded like bits and pieces Any advice ? Also carrots and beetroot comes in a different shape
Hi can u tell me how it cuts beans for poriyal? Is it even ? I want to also know if all the blades are useful or can I go for 7 cup processor which comes with only one blade
I use most of the blades .. it depends upon your need . The least i use is the shredder blade . I don’t use that very often. The slicer blades are all good (eg : thin for chips , medium - poriyal, thick - baji) Yes you can cut beans , only the last part will not be perfect , rest is good . You can cut a bunch of beans at once
Hi. I have seen this video n liked it. But I wanted to know, the dosa or idli batter that you have shown was that also done in the processor. As I am looking for a good processor which can help me in grinding my idli batter. Thanks in advance for your reply. Keep going. I liked your explanation.
Hi Suja, while slicing veggies, you don't have issues with the end of the veggies getting stuck in the gap between the blade and the lid? Eg: when slicing vendakka, when it passes through the blade, the tail part or the head, whichever passes at the last, doesn't cut properly and keep settling in the gap between the blade and the lid which makes it super annoying for me with my Cuisinart processor
Excellent video..have not used food processor properly. Will use it for food prep from now.

It doesn’t get stuck, but the last part remains in the lid , which doesn’t get cut .. but it’s not a big chunk . So it didn’t annoy me
Hi suja heard that beetroot and carrot doesn’t cut into cubes due to thickness
How is your experience
You have to use thick slicer and cut them vertically before putting in to the slicer .. I didn’t have any problem in cutting them
Very nice suja
Thanks Chithi
