Very sceptic about buying completed house due to the fact that i don't like the hand made blocks. These type of blocks can be very dangerous sometimes depending on who are making them. Some times the right ratio of cement to sand or quarry dust isn't applied correctly. Under load it can be catastrophic without warning signs.

The only thing i dont like is the. Floor to ceiling height and the open kitchen plan, and the tiles used. I think if white porcelain tiles were used, it would have increased the amount of natural light. Anyways well done.

To be honest, I wouldn't even pay $300,000 for this home because the plot is too small and the pool is too small...even the bedrooms look small to me.
