The after credit scene really paints the future of the city in a somewhat odd grim yet optimistic in a way light. They’ll be using Carmen and Ayin’s work from L. Corp, but theyll be using it to remove distortions. Which is still grim since some distortions are just people freeing themselves from their mundane lives
That's what I love from the series. For me, this is not a whole story', but prolog. And for the climaks and epilog? Lets hope at least it will be great too
I don’t see why they didn’t keep the art from the credits sequence, cause literally my first thought after the new credits finished rolling was wanting to see more of the characters just kinda existing in the outskirts, and while the art didn’t exactly fit this definition perfectly (pretty sure it’s lifted from everyday life for them before the banishment?) it still scratched the itch nicely (though as much as I love the theme of this version, it’s not beating poems of a machine)
well, isn't the whole point of the game showing people's nature to fight against each other for profits, and a twisted frame is even set up due to the extreme fighting over people? The scene after credit is really fitting to the main idea that the game has continuously been trying to tell us. When tides become different, making old "order" collapse and the once "rule" fail to serve anymore. New people will rise up, set up the "game rule" by themselves to seize control of the table. This is probably the most suitable outcome for the game. Really have no idea what are all these people complaining about, when they don't even read the plot properly. Not every story ends in a good ending, keep in fact, Roland still lost everything he loved, and Angela still is trapped in a machine body, no one really wins in the end, the only difference is that they all chose to let go to end the vicious cycle.
Sorry, but may I ask this? When there is an event, we must defeat the boss which then they turn into a Book. Do you know the concept of Book is? Are they really die? Or it's concept similar like Servant from FGO?
@@adityukenI think it's kinda servants form Fate BUT they are actually still there, so the re fight you can make are just like a servant, but when angela give up all the light everone got revived but we still have their "servant" data

Considering that the wasteland / outskirts are mostly filled with distortions and monsters aka also distortions, it's relatively easier or perhaps harder for the library to regain it's lights back.
