Totally agreed. I feel KTM sold their soul to "exclusivity".... :-( No owner is going to ride this bike to the limit, and most of them will probably end up in salons next to a G-wagon, an AMG, and a few Hublot watches...
@@maxbreemer This is exactly what happened to the new Brabus 1300r from my workplace. It's sits next to a G wagon and a Sl63 Amg. Nobody's buying this bike.
Just don’t get this bike, looks crap, my standard R is better and much cheaper! If this was going to be any good then it needed to be drastically different, more power, different dash, different switch gear, a full system, that slip on which basically it is looks like a rebranded eBay job. Only thing I like is the side air pods but other than that, think it’s a poorly redesigned SDR

It's great that you got to ride one! I own a SDR and I was not impressed. I don't like the way it looks and, not being a collector, I prefer special editions with performance enhancements. And Brabus knows a thing or two about those.
What generation SDR did you own?
