A day trip to Bruges from Brussels 🇧🇪

Bruges is only Belgium’s eight largest city, but it is one of the country’s biggest tourist attractions.
Whilst we were in Brussels we took the hour-long train from the capital to Bruges to see what all the hype is about.

I was just arguing with a mate last night who called Belgium boring,as many do. I always assumed that comment came from people who hadnt been. (He actually walked from Denmark to Rome!So he saw plenty of it,but perhaps not the most interesting parts).I've seen a few top cities in Belgium,and still plemty more i'd like to see. Def try Ghent nexrt if ui havent already,

It’s not super exotic, but there are some nice places to visit. I have been to Ghent and enjoyed it! Also got to see the football there haha

Depends what your friend is looking for as entertainment. Beautiful views and architecture ? Belgium has those. Historical places ? Belgium has those : From Flanders Fields to Waterloo and the Ardennes. Large music events ? Belgium has those : Werchter, Tomorrowland, Pukkelpop, etc ... Something different such as Erotic Fairs ? Belgium has those too ...

@@TravellingTom 7 euro is way too expensive. A large fries costs between 3€ and 4€ and the sauce about 1€ in a non-touristy frituur/friterie.
