Hi Mean , just an update. I had br1225 batteries in both fobs when supplied new from the dealer. They lasted 6 months before I got the 3 beeps after turning on te ignition. I replaced them both with cr1225 from the watch shop as they didn't have the br version. The cr's have so far lasted 2 months and are still both showing a green light flash on the fobs. I will keep an eye on the situation and update when this changes. I always carry a new spare cr in my bike jacket anyway. One other point on the br cost , I found that RS Components have them at £1.28 each in a 5 pack. Will get some tomorrow anyway but will wait to see if my cr's run out soon.
@@Mean-bj8wp Yeah , I think that's what I may find as well. Great bikes though aren't they ! My U1 is the same colours as your U. I'm in Southampton. Bike has been trouble free and everyone gives it admiring looks.
@@paulcollings5424😁mate I think I saw you 2 days ago riding on northlands Rd, waiting at the avenue junction, orange bike with full black leathers, the bike looked amazing I thought it was a ktm at first!
@@fireblade_ninja308 Sorry for late reply , been without WiFi for a few days but back on now. Wasn't me at Northlands Road but nice to know there's another in the area. I was on a run down to Hamble. Recommend the Beach Cafe there though , jumbo hotdog and watched the boats go by , so relaxing ! Just installed a Fodsport FX8 and can recommend that as well , excellent volume and clarity. See Mark Pulling's review on it . Stay safe matey.
So, just about to get a u1 which has the same system. How easy is it to take out the battery? Just wondered cause you could possibly make it last alot long if easy to remove? Cheers
exacltly what I thought, first i don't enjoy having always and Electronic fob that always release electromagnetic waves. especially when i'm sleeping. So i thought if i remove the reserve fob battery it Will last twice as normal. Then if i proceed to remove the main fob battery every time I'm not using it i think it might last very longer, isn't it?
Thanks for the vid Mean1974 , I have the Zontes U1 and had the fob battery run out on me. Managed to the get the CR1225 at the local watch shop but as you say they will not last as long so will be getting the BR version very soon , and change the spare as well. Is it correct that if they go flat they will lose the fob code ?
@@michaelcorbett9269 not for a bike as the weight is central between the wheels. There would normally be a second pressure for the rear if carrying a pillion but as its a 125 as generally doesn't happen so it doesn't show that. My car has same pressures all round as well even though most the weight is over the front wheels.
I'm about to buy the Zontes u125 in blue this weekend. I was divided between the hyosung aquila and this and your videos has helped me decide.

I've been using cr as well and found they last just as long as br.

thx
i don't talk in english, can you tell me if it's a problem of the zontes or just a video of the key?
thanks
Just low battery in the keyfob. Bike is fully keyless so key always on. New battery for each key every 6-7 month's.
Never turn off !?
Don't suppose you know what tyre pressure ment to be can't find it in the manual
On the side of the chain guard there's a silver sticker that tells you tyre pressures and the free play of the chain can't miss it.
That's unusual to be the same pressure in front and back
