Well, this is as close as I got to recreating the Fisher Losing IT Bass and it was hella close. Something is missing maybe more compression or just a few changes here and there. If you take a stab at it, let me know if you get it.

yo zen please please please do a tutorial on any recent chris lake song like pell or russian style by volac or even better or wood holly's bootleg remix of ghost voices by porter robinson...i cant figure out how to get the 808's to sound like these thumping deep tom drums thats super prevalent in this style of house music!!!!

I've actually recreated it using 2 different patches and it's really accurate. Basically there is a sub bass with one extra harmonic (+1 octave) and then there's that kind oh hover thing which is just a detuned saw (12 voices more less) with volume automation and a lowpass filter (also with a slight automation). That patch just needs an OTT to bring up some "artificial" highs again and to give some power to it (+ some EQ and it's fine) It's pretty simple and accurate, i'm sure it's the way to do it.
Did you use his preset with sub bass in the second patch?
@@mileezy I did not use any preset, the sub bass is just in the first patch :)
I think that he automated the attack in different ways throughout the song. I doubt he just leaves most values on his synths static. He's probably messing with stuff _heavily_ as the song goes on, just as Chris Lake does.

I wonder if FISHER is the front man of someone else that creates tracks for him ...? He is one larger than life personality that if you know his history... he had his own surfing TV show, it does make me wonder ? It is hard to imagine him sitting down to learn tutorials for ableton, Serum, and then sitting in his studio for the hours and hours it takes to create the tracks he does... can we discuss this please?

I have a problem that when I record or live from the ASIO drive, the system does not transmit the sound because there is no signal in Windows. just the generic interface drive I get. another thing: in your lives, I see you do not use headphones, your audio monitors do not microphone because of the microphone?
