Nice video. It encapsulates the strength, speed and technical ability needed to be a good bike rider, and it reminds me why I should have ridden cross rather than road. Crashing on sand would be like landing on a comfy bed. Crashing on road is an entirely different experience.

I stay in Belgium full time over the winter. Most of the races are in Belgium so it makes travel easier
