We are both doing loooots of laps on the Ring .. but somehow we managed it to avoid each other the last year(s) - so enjoy the lap following @sebastianvittel74 in his superfast 718 GTS with 4-cylinder Engine .. REALLY Quick and FUN ;-)

Wir fahren beide seeeehr viele Runden auf dem Ring ... aber irgendwie haben wir es geschafft uns über ein Jahr aus dem Weg zu gehen - aber jetzt hat es endlich geklappt und @sebastianvittel74 und ich hatten eine super Runde zusammen. Sein superschneller 718 GTS ist echt flott .. der 4-Zylinder Motor geht echt gut! Viel Spass!

Love mine too, great show, ever thought of chipping it ? Also brake fade is biggest issue I hv, anything upgraded on brakes ?
@@Arfam65 I have a 718 2.0t, just upgrade the pads to EBC rp-1 pads, do brakefluid and steel braided brake lines and you'll be fine, also cutting some weight always helps, I cut 70kg outta mine and it's just under 1300kg now. And ow yeah mines a stage 2 with wmi 430hp and 530nm, would eat a gt4 for breakfast, even gt3's. (in a straight line for the gt3 butthurt fanboys out there)
@@swansmeister luckily I sorted out the issue by getting a GT4RS, although i did APR st1 the GTS before I sold it, and that was wow

With less top end and fast cornering speed, the GTS has a a sweet hatchback’s vibe to it! Less time braking, more on gas, turbo pulls well from corner exit, sharp turn in! Seems like a well balanced machine, and the need for more power, makes you squeeze every drop of its chassis! Fun Fun video as ever! Thank you! 😊

The gt4 mr are definitely faster, i think 8/10 secs per lap with same tires

Yea it was a real fun lap 👌🏼 the GTS has a great performance (and of course driver ;)) but the GT4 MR has the faster package .. more power .. More aero .. 👍🏼

Would it make any different to the race if the GTS was a 4 litre na? Which engine do you prefer? Which KW suspension model was the GTS using and Endless brake pads? Keep up the great work l! 👍
I think the 4 cylinder is faster than the 4.0 GTs 🤔 but this was just for fun … no race. GTS has kw competition 👍🏼

Very nice, Q does the GTS have standard brakes or upgraded ? Or high temp brake oil ? (Brake fade is biggest issue I hv on mine)

Yea I got it completely new .. now about 5000km .. why difference ? 🤔🤔
@@xthilox because it seems that the engine should run with its real power just after XX thousand kms … they have been some tests and at the beginning the engine delivers less than 400cv (~390)

war für uns beide sehr spannend zu sehen wie unterschiedlich die Leistungsentfaltung ist :-)

Richtig, das ist ein 2,5 Liter 4-Zylinder Boxer mit 365 PS

The GTS has the same engine as the GT4 but has 20 HP less. So the main advantage of the GT4 is the superior aerodynamics on a track like this. And of course it looks much better :-D
No it’s not the 4.0l engine .. this one is the one with the 4-cylinder 👍🏼
@@xthilox ah ok, then its the older GTS version. The current GTS has the same 4.0 6-cylinder engine
