Someday 🙂gusto ko yung design both floor plan at interior ganda! siguro sa laki lng ng lot gusto ko sana 120-150sqm floor plan taz yung lote 300-400sqm. Skl hahaha

Is this all wood construction?
hello new subscriber here:) ang ganda po ng design ng bahay kubo ganyan din po gusto naming bahay kubo modern 2 storey and with 4 bedrooms . how much po pag magpapagawa ng ganyan? meron din po ba kayong design na semi concrete with bamboo po??
What is the song name? artist?
just a few suggestions...
1) change the study area, instead of drawers with pillows and a lamp, change it to a table desktop with a PC monitor.. the user will sit comfortably in a PC chair facing the outside view
2) i'd take out the backsplash of the kitchen sink and make it open until the second top drawer to the left.. that way it will be open and you can see the hallway behind it, you;d be able to prep from behind the kitchen counter
3) i would align the top master toilet and bath with the toilet and bath on the 1st floor, it will change the top floor design significantly BUT it will be easier for construction purposes (plumbing etc..)

Just wondering, but there are windows with screens to keep insects out available for this home? It just looks like bamboo type Japanese shutter covers in the presentation.

Good day po, for this design po the estimated cost for a standard finish is around 1M po. Utilities po are not still included as it will depend pa po if gaano kalaki ang inyong site and gaano po kalayo ang water and electric connections. Thank you po for watching and keep safe!

Good day Ms. Okubo, yes po, actually po mas magandang location ang Baguio para sa mga ganitong design, kasi mas more ito sa natural ventilation, but when it comes to budget, it will depend on your site po, if relatively flat, it will hit the budget, pero pag slope po yung lupa, the construction cost will slightly increase para sa pagpapagawa nang foundation. Unfortunately po hindi po kami Construction company, Designing Team lang po kami, suggest ko nalang po na if magpapagawa talaga kayo nang bahay mag canvas po kayo nang mga materials sa mga depot para malaman nyo po ang exact na presyo at saka makakapag tanong pa po kayo kung anong mga materials ang matibay gamitin, sana po naka tulong po itong sagot ko 😊
