Ganda! 👏 My first time to make a comment on UA-cam. I really like your design, hindi lang puro salpak. Your concept is functional, has character and the 2 BR are potential for airbnb whilst keeping the master's bedroom and its area exclusive. Pede pa-request same layout po pero ang BR1 ensuite din. Spanish colonial style in a slope corner lot area of 147sqm. The lot is facing the ocean po kasi. Tyvm. Greetings from 🇨🇦.

Laundry area clean is too tight and too open. You could have just extended the Kitchen an d incorporate the laundry. The common area is a lot of work if it rains unless you can pull down a barrier other wise it is a good concept.

Yes, that's an intentional concept, for passive cooling. Para continuous yung flow ng hangin. That's one of the chracteristics that our very own bahay kubo had but usually neglected in many "modern bahay kubo's".

Paano po kung elevated sya ng 9 meters? Makopya po kaya kahit wala yun 2 bedroom sa labas?
Okay naman po kahit wala na yung 2 bedrooms sa right side. You can convert the living area to another bedroom if you need 1 more bedroom pa po.
