One of the weirdest Super Sentai parodies I remember was the Force Fighters V from League of Super Evil. They had different colored suits, each piloted a different vehicle that combined into a bigger mech, and even did the weird wacky poses. The funniest part is they owned a restaurant as a cover-up.

What I remember vividly is the Power Rangers parody of the old cartoon "Walter Melone". For context: The premise of Walter Melone was that he'd take over for a certain hero if they are either unavailable, call in sick, are in the hospital, etc. . Him and his partner in one episode have to take over for 2 Rangers from the "Mighty Hippy Power Rose-Rangers", specifically they have to step in for their versions of Jason and Billy. Yes, all the rangers of that team are plant based, and they are very, very caricature-rised members of a hippy commune. also, Their plant zords combined into a gigantic lawn mower.
Back when I first watched Akibarangers, I had no idea Maaya Uchida who played Hiroya Hakase was a voice actor (seiyuu) since I was really into Tokusatsu at the time and was getting back into anime. Had only watch English Dub anime but got into English Subs due to watching Tokusatsu.
Voltron and The Mystic knights were clever shows in their own rights. Flower Rangers were the only parody I remember as a kid. Akibaranger not until way later in life.
My favourite parody was from an Australian show called "the ferals" it was a puppet show similar to Muppets and sesemi Street, but the characters lived in dirty places like sewers, junk yards and abandoned buildings. There was an episode where all the main characters became power rangers. If I remember correctly, they even said "woah! we've transformed into power rangers!" I only ever saw that episode once when I was around 7 years old, but i still remember it 18 years later. I need to try track it down
This is more for the older fans but Key and Peele did a skit called the Power Falcons that parodied PR and it was pretty funny. It even had Brenda Song who people might remember was in that movie Wendy Wu Homecoming Warrior, a movie with action scenes directed by Koichi Sakamoto of PR fame at the time, though now he's more known for his Rider and Sentai stuff.
I think the pig character in Animaniacs was meant to parody the Mordant character from the MMPR movie rather than Goldar. Otherwise, I loved it. (And I am also a huge fan of Akibarangers!) EDIT: I checked airdates and the episode in question did air only a few months after the movie, so that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Persona 4 Golden on PSP & PS4 had a set of Ranger costumes you could put on your team. Each of the main characters were a different color and it changed their victory exclamations & poses. I believe the Persona series as a whole has a recurring parody series called Phoenix Rangers

Love After World Domination is an anime that is a full-on Sentai/PR parody. It's a romcom about a Red Ranger dating one of the villains. Based on the likes of Zhane & Astronema, Lucas & Nadira, and, most of all, Red Racer & Zonnette of Carranger.
Viewtiful Joe was mostly inspired in Kaiketsu Zubat. Besides Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, etc. Zubat also inspired some features in Liveman, Winspector and other stuff.
I just thought of a Canadian satire version. There was a cartoon show called "League of Super Evil" in the 2010s and the titular League had to deal with a bunch of superheroes, including their hilarious take on the Power Rangers called the "Force Fighters V"
Dexters Lab had an episode called Last But Not Beast where Dexter tells his family that he has a lab in order to save the city from a giant monster and they become Power Rangers in giant vehicles that become a Megazord. They have a theme song called "Go Dexter Family Go"... Which was super catchy!

The first parody of Power Rangers I've seen despite not knowing at the time, was in the Arthur animated series episode Arthur's Tooth, where it showed an educational video about a monster drilling into a tooth until the "Flighty Fluoride Scour Rangers" stops it and throws it down the throat.
I came up with a new idea for a anime style tokusatsu series, it’ll be a power rangers parody that’s a loving tribute to all things power rangers, 80s pop culture, 90s Nickelodeon shows and Japanese pop culture. It’s called Dream Rangers. It’s a sci-fi, action, comedy series, it’s kinda like Dave the barbarian, power rangers, tokusatsu shows, saved by the bell, teenage mutant ninja turtles, anime, and video games mixed in a blender with 4th wall breaking, tokusatsu action, references to pop culture, musical number parodies, and comedy like the 90s Nickelodeon shows.
It is crime that ReBoot's starting the domino effect episode *Nullzilla* isn't mentioned in this. The whole premise of the episode is literally a parody to the Power Rangers and it's origin (Godzilla).
There was an issue of the MLP g4 comics where Discord had the CMC become the Power Rangers which I loved to death. Seriously, my Ponysona's dad giving Scoots a chance to become a Ranger herself was awesome to see

My favourite power rangers parody is from Disgaea, as you the main character is becoming the overlord in the game, there is a chapter where a group of heroes call the Prism Ranger come and they challenge Laharl for the title of Overlord in the hopes of gaining friends. Since then they appear on other Disgaea series.

There is a power rangers parody game that was on the Wii U and I think it's on switch too but the game is called The Wonderful 101 a game where 101 heroes fight to save a futuristic Earth from Aliens who after the popular Power Rangers color scheme like Red, Blue, Black, Pink, Yellow, Green etc. They also have a giant robot they used in the final mission of the game.
One i miss is the reference in the last Pokemon season (Aim to be a Pokemon master). In the 5th episode (The Squirtle Squad Episode) the Squirtle's wear Power Ranger suits
My favorite Power Rangers/ Sentai parody was from the rpg Tales of the abyss. They were called the abyss rangers. The emperor of Malkuth was a huge fan that he personally had the suits made in advance hoping for them to wear them.
I would like to present you not only one but TWO Brazilian Super Sentai. The first is Cavaleiros do Futuro (Portuguese for Future Knights). Seven kids with the colors of rainbow, defending a magical city, controling 6 diferent types of energy (the Sun energy was divided by Red with the Light and Yellow with the Heat). But my very favorite is Combo Rangers. It was a series of webtoon, that evolved into comis and even 3 episodes (money was really short, unfortunately) animated in Flash (I am old kids). Among the voice actors, we had folks from Dragon Ball, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and more. And there was a speech that I remember even today. "Being a Combo Ranger is not just a great honor. It's a great tradition. And you cannot break the tradition".
Akiba ranger is the unofficial official entry since they where made by the same studio would be suprice if they become just official like Go Ranger and JAKQ.
If memory serves I believe Super Mario RPG actually had two references to Power Ranger. The Turtle Bros very much made me think Power Rangers although I can see that also being TMNT
