Thanks for the video. Wanted to share something with you. I had a heater today that was doing the exact same thing. Continuing RNC after clearing it. I decided to try something. After I cleared the error code the RNC came back. From that point I opened up the condensers water trap and toggled the sensor inside of the trap up and down which caused the system to shut off and turn on the service light. From there I killed power at the breaker for 30 seconds then turn the system back on. The code never came back after that.
