So if a Borg assimilated a Dalek, would it just run into a feedback loop error where it can't reconcile "EXTERMINATE" and "ASSIMILATE" between each other?
JackgarPrime the borg likely wouldn’t be able to as there’s just too little to assimilate not to mention the second the Daleks felt them attempt to assimilate their technology they would self destruct to prevent it from happening not to mention a swarm of dalek saucers could easily obliterate any borg cube far before they send the data back on how to resist and since the daleks are geniuses they could easily hack the Collective take any useful information and tech and then order the borg as a collective to self destruct if the Cybermen can take control of the Collective the daleks would easily be able to do the same
The Borg would also likely focus solely on assimilating Dalek technology while ignoring the mutants themselves. Tho the regenerative capabilities would likely be intriguing for the Collective to study (why use regeneration alcoves when the drones are now functionally immortal?). Also, the Borg themselves “exterminate” any cultural aspects seen as “irrelevant” to their utilitarian goals, so ironically, Dalek emotion/hatred would likely be among the first things discarded by the Collective upon assimilation.
The name Dalek isn't paradoxically affected by The Doctor. In Genesis, Gharman says to the Doc: "You used that word earlier, it had never been heard before. And yet only an hour ago Davros announced that henceforth his Mk III Travel Machine would be referred to as a Dalek." There it is then. Named by Davros within the TV show.
The actual reasoning for why davros named them ‘Daleks’ is because there was another civilisation on Skaro thousands of years ago lost to time known as the Dals. Davros discovered many of their ancient texts and he found the word Dalek which in the language of the Dals translates to Gods. Davros believed in order to finally end the war he must achieve it through absolute power, destruction and no pity. It has also been revealed canonically that Davros used Thal prisoners for his dalek experiments. Xx

You also mentioned it was Davros with the Second Dr who introduced the Human Factor? Was that a retcon? As I was under the impression it was the Dalek Emperor not Davros. The origin of the name Dal is a bit of a weird one. In The Mutants, it is specifically stated the Daleks evolved from the Dal, which was retconned in Genesis of the Daleks to be the Kaleds instead. Perhaps in ancillary media they clarified this inconsistency, but it has never been officially addressed in a main TV episode. My reading was that Dal referred to a subset of Kaled, such as the scientific elite, rather than being a separate race.

I wouldn't say Dalek Sec was corrupted by the emotions he gained from fusing with a Human. I'd say his transformation was more akin to becoming enlightened to the flaws of his species. Flaws he wanted his species to overcome in order to survive.
The numerous civil wars of the Daleks prove even if they got what they wanted and killed all other races they'd just resort to killing each other. Davros made the Daleks to be the ultimate survivors but in his madness he never conceived what the Daleks would even do with their victory
What about the split timeline, where most of the dalek stories before genesis never happened due to the doctors meddling and the daleks became weaker and the time war was unintentionally started.
It could be asserted that the Daleks only ever became a problem because of The Doctor, and that if he had never appeared on Skaro that first time, they would have stayed in their city and died out, thinking they were the best and only life in the universe. Also, the original Daleks may have been evolved Dals, but those were done in early in the Time Lords' incursions into their history, and the Kaleds could have been just a branch of the Thals that split off once there was no Dals to fight with. Each incursion got dicier and more complex until the Time Lords resorted to extorting The Doctor into destroying the new Daleks in Genesis of the Daleks, but probably before that they had tried to stop them by blowing up the lab where early research was being done, which created Davros. Just speculation, but in the Tyler-verse, where there had been no Doctor, perhaps there were no Daleks.

Kah-led. If it were Kayled as you pronounce it, it would suggest Daleks would be called Day-leks. Plus I’ve never heard it pronounced Kayled anywhere in cannon. I’m happy to be wrong here, and I don’t want to appear rude (sorry if I do!), but I do think you could be wrong here.

The Borg would out number the dalek fleet at full strength but one darlek with full sheilds would possibly take down a single cube the Borg do posses some technology but the daleks are cruel and very dangerous it would make a great film Borg vs dalek
I don't know about outnumber
The Daleks have been seen to literally fuck with the universe to duplicate their numbers (ships included)
