Jayo used to come to the hood and record with The Family. Rancho Bernardo is still the city of San Diego whether you claim it or not, you rep the southeast part of the city but the rich part is on the northside of the city that shit isn’t North County. Real North County are the cities that run through the 78 , 76 & down the 5 but the hood part run down the 78. Oceanside has the second highest number of hoods in county & the most gang injunctions, matter a fact almost all the injunctions are in North County just to point that out.

I'm from the Westside, but went to school on the Eastside, when it was ghetto as hell, in the late 80's. the Northside is not as big as the Eastside but they always had activity over there also, it's probably worse on the Northside right now. the Westside had a gang called 7th day crip because all the founders were born on the 7th day of the month. then it turned into Westcoast crip. which was mostly in a project called springdale by the traintracks on the westside, most of these dudes I know from elementary school, but most did not go to the school I went to on the eastside, because they did not get along with the ICG and R20 crips. where I from you had to watch the Mexican gangs because they would shoot us or rob us just because they had numbers on every gang on the westside.. those were the real fools you had to look out for, because there were no questions asked if they thought you were a crip they would try to kill you point blank period. I knew people who had ther family killed because of a gang called Westside Longo they ruled the westside where im from, you had to be careful where you went, they were so bad they built a police station right in the hood where they were, and they still killing black folk to this day..
