I really like this day-to-day format that you have added. It is a great way to see just what it is like to fill your days with projects and production as an artist. I work as a Visual Arts teacher and I do art right alongside my students. I often contemplate a full-time art-making career. I just don't think I can narrow in on a niche. I play with hyperrealistic graphite drawings, sculpture, and photography.

I just delivered my first big commission. Four pieces. One was 4'x5' which is my largest piece so far. What hardware do you use on the back of your pieces?
For the smaller framed pieces the backing is aluminum and then I string wire between the two hanging points. For normal canvas paintings there isn't one - mounting is simply done with two screws and suspension from the centre cross bar. Hope that helps.
