Beast Promotions Scam YouTube Ad for MrBeast, Explained

- Опубліковано 20 жов 2024
- Beware of a Beast Promotions scam UA-cam ad that leads to multiple websites like cashtab.info that claims MrBeast (Mr. Beast) said "everyone that visits our page can claim $1,000" in a giveaway or contest or promotion and "you are eligible if you see this," and all you have to do is visit cashoutts dot com or beast-clap.com or myaddcart.com, or another website. This is a scam and MrBeast has no involvement with it. His image and likeness are being used without permission.
In this video, I show an example of the Beast Promotions scam UA-cam ad which shows an animated version of MrBeast and claims you can get $1,000 in a giveaway or contest or promotion, which later was shown on beast-clap.com or myaddcart.com. I removed the sound, so that’s why you don’t hear any music. The ad was showing up for some people in their feed in UA-cam, despite the fact that it was a scam.
The Beast Promotions scam UA-cam ad says to visit a link in the comments, which goes to cashoutts dot com, where you supposedly can get $1,000 in a giveaway or contest or promotion, but it's fake, and I do not recommend visiting the website, as it is likely a phishing link. Phishing attempts look to obtain personal information and financial data such as credit card numbers and other sensitive details, so I highly recommend staying far away from any of these scams that claim to have MrBeast behind them.
This Beast Promotions scam UA-cam ad has been going around for at least several weeks, and it’s unclear just how big of a scam it is. However, it might be good for MrBeast to address the scam if it gets enough reach, as it would help to inform his fans to not get suckered into giving up their personal information and financial data.
I hope my video helped a little bit. If you did fall for any online scams, I recommend contacting the payment method you used to ask that company or bank what you should do, whether it’s a bank, credit card company, or payment method like Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc. I’m spending my free time to make these videos like this one about the Beast Promotions scam UA-cam ad for $1,000 on cashoutts dot com. There are so many scams out there. Every day brings new scams, and you can only report on so many of them. But I figured I could do a little more on my own time on nights and weekends, and that’s exactly what I’m doing now. Scams can sometimes hurt people. Scams can take money from people. And not everyone has money to spare. So I hope I can help you on my channel. So please click the Like button, the thumbs up button, and subscribe.
Also, feel free to check out my creative projects about New York City history and abandoned places in the pinned comment down below. Feel free to share your story in the comments below. Thanks so much for watching.
Please tap the thumbs up button to like the video. That will tell Google and UA-cam that my video has credibility, and that will help people avoid potential scams out there. Also, there's a "Thanks" button off to the right in the same row. Swipe your finger left or right on that row to find it. If any of you would like to tap "Thanks," that would be awesome. You can't, it took years to remove that "I'm feeling lucky" button that was just like playing russian roulette
They are, but they make new everytime. Thats why its, mrbeast promo, promotion, reward and many more channels.
UA-cam should remove these ads
@@WindowsNT351Server they could, but they get money from the ads. In reality, because there’s no competition for UA-cam, they can let their platform get trashier and trashier and they don’t care. They willingly let these ads run cause they get money from them.
At least mr beast should sue them for his name/face being used… tbh UA-cam letting it show up so often and with how Mr beast is… def makes it confusing
It’s kinda wild that UA-cam doesn’t seem to be trying to protect one of its largest creators likeliness from these scams, I’ve been seeing these pop up for months and its just disgusting and disappointing that it’s still being promoted on UA-cam.
What's more is the fact they know about this and do nothing about it whatsoever.
It is way common for scammers to use channel impersonation to scam people than you might think.
I did some research on this and I quote what it said, "This rise of UA-cam channels and subscribers is attracting more scammers than ever. Many UA-cam creators and users are complaining about the huge amount of scams in the comment section of a video.
According to Statista[2], during the fourth quarter of 2021, more than 75% of removed video comments on Google’s UA-cam platform were deleted due to spam, misleading, or fraudulent content."
And...
*"How UA-cam is working to solve this problem:*
UA-cam is using a spam filter powered by AI to detect spam comments. The filter needs to be improved over time to catch new scam scenarios in the comment section, which we highlighted in this article."
@@icecream6337 well despite dealing with everyone else, you think they'd do a little more to protect their largest creators image. I'm still seeing a fair few of them to this day >,
I think thwy do, but it keeps popping up. They open a new account, new sites everytime. Its not that easy and i believe they are trying their best,
@@icecream6337 that may be true but then they just have their priorities screwed up. It’s almost impossible to not see this scam while scrolling UA-cam, so if they’re going after smaller ones then that’s just stupid.
Here’s the thing: clearly these people are paying a lot of money to get these ads all over UA-cam, and that just means UA-cam isn’t going to do shit about it any time soon. As long as the money is rolling in, everything looks fine to them.
I almost fell for this. So glad I googled it first, thank youuuuu for making this video!!

Four months later and they are still going. It is insane how UA-cam allows this.

I saw this one the other day, how on earth is google not doing anything about these? There's quite a lot of scam adverts on youtube like this. I'd say out of 10 ads I see at least 2 of them are scams or highly questionable/misleading.

3 months later and this ad is still going harder than ever. The weird thing is that I regularly block this ad which seems to work for other ads but this scam ad just keeps popping up. If I get Beast Promotion and block it I still get Beast Promotion regularly. Mr Beast should use some of his money to sue UA-cam for not acting on this.
@Saul Goodman Still going. Reported it every single time. UA-cam just doesn't give a shit.
I fell for this while drunk. I instantly closed my card when I saw these videos, I feel so stupid. The ad had so many comments and views that I tought it was legit.
I hope people do their research before putting any info anywhere. I was just stupid and drunk. And lesson two, don't pay for anything online when you're intoxicated.
Ty for the educational video!

Did you report their info to the Ausiecyber? This Will help save lots of people out there
I just came across one of them called "Beast Tasks", the video was the exact same as you showed. I was confused and decided to do some research and came across this video, very glad you're informing people about this because if I hadn't looked it up and was informed it wa a scam I would've probably fallen for it so thank you
Dude not this one but a similar one yesterday, I fell for, and I was/am on a manic episode, and I went down an insane rabbit hole that never seemed to end of doing all these tasks for the money, which I never accomplished btw because they're designed like that to be never ending. And when I did finally finish ONE of them, it just sent me to an unrelated ad, no matter how many times I tried to "claim my prize." I usually don't fall for this kinda shit, but like I said, manic episodes are a helluva drug. Anyway ty for bringing light on this and I feel for everyone else desperate who fell for it.
OH and now my phone is bombarded with scam calls I have to block one at a time, so that's chill.
AND I got a text yesterday telling me my requested temporary t-mobile pin. I didn't request a t-mobile pin. And tried to call the number to say I didn't, but it was all automated of course, and couldn't figure out how to get to the department I needed, so I gave up. 😮💨
And I tried to look up the ad video in my history, because I did pull up the actual video, but it's not showing up, even tho another ad I accidentally pulled up is.
Hi, i am not sure if i understood right, did you leavee your information (card number and stuff) if you did please tell me... Cause I did i thought it was mrbeast and i am just hoping they wont do something to my bank visa card. If its only phone calls from other countries, than thanks god.
@janamarkovic2709 no, I didn't enter my card info anywhere. You might want to contact your bank.
I did enter my phone number and address, so I am receiving a couple dozen scam calls a day though.
Shiiit I'm going to have to cancel my card now fucking hell
Google should be sued for recidivism! This is unacceptable, every single day I see one or more of these scams running around, knowing that ADS need to be reviewed manually! How tf ... They're doing it on purpose or someone is allowing this to happen for self profit!
Disgusting!
Good information mate. I keep seeing these.
I thought it looked fishy. Too many things just didn't add up. As the old saying goes, "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is." Never hurts to do a bit if digging first.
The reason why everyone falls for it though is cause mr beast DOES do that stuff so it’s easily believable

Uuuuuuuugh, I've just about had enough of these scammers and phishers already. It's as if UA-cam and Google are sponsoring these guys to do this to us. UA-cam ads should be removed for the safety of all
I’ve been seeing these for months, and they haven’t stopped
This promotion is always at the top of my UA-cam video lists and I don't know why, I always ignor it but it's always there everytime I open UA-cam
Why is UA-cam promoting this scam ad? Seems to me all they would have to do is not promote the ad? The ad posing as Mr beast but supposedly has nothing to do or is not in any way related to Mr beast.?
Thank you very much for your video !! Before going on the link below the scam, I checked on internet if it was actually a scam or real. I saw your video and you hepl me a lot !! I didn't lost 1000$ that i don't have !!
Craziest part is that I went through pretty much all the comments in one of these ads and saw absolutely ZERO people considering it a scam. How can people seriously be this gullible to fall for what is obviously a fraud?
Bots and/or gullible people

Actually I think it's very likely the 15 years old channel you covered in this vid is for sell and the scammer bought it. Old channels are usually cheaper. Or in another case, old channels are easier to hack since the account user might not be active
