I just purchased this off Amazon. I couldn’t tell from your video as you never mentioned it or showed the right hand side but it has a pass through usbc port on the right. I purchased a small Apple Watch to usbc dongle to go on the side. You could also charge another phone from that port.

Since this is a charge base, it must be connected to a wall charger as it does not have a battery inside like a power bank would. Hope this answers your question!
