RARE LARGE SCALE RC Dornier Do 335 (Engine front and back) WWII FIGHTER FORMATION FLYING
Only seen this aircraft as an RC model once before but this version is a nice big scale and flew so well at Weston Park International Model Show with several other fighters.
The Dornier Do 335 Pfeil ("Arrow") was a WWII heavy fighter built by the Dornier company. The two-seater trainer version was also called Ameisenbär ("anteater"). The Pfeil's performance was much better than other twin-engine designs due to its unique "push-pull" layout and the much lower aerodynamic drag of the in-line alignment of the two engines. It was Germany's fastest piston-engined aircraft of WWII. The Luftwaffe was desperate to get the design into operational use, but delays in engine deliveries meant only a handful were delivered before the war ended.

That's about the riskiest thing you can do with R/C airplanes is to fly formation with 5 planes like that. The risk of in-air collision is huge with R/C.
