Force scream can actually disorient the opponent, the problem was there are so many jedi who are very skilled in lightsaber however almost all of them have no experienced on fighting a sith lord thanks to the rule of two and since they have no actual training about what it feels like or what are the abilities of a sith they ended up being caught of guard.
Ah yes, one of the worst scenes in film history: they had a chance to make this showdown absolutely freakin epic and instead turned it into a ridiculous joke. In order to justify it, the scene has to be retconned in any number of ways... "It was Sidious' force scream that stunned them!"... "Sidious was just that amazing"... "Sidious surprised them!"... uh no. It's 4 v 1, and three powerful Jedi masters pretty much stand there like target dummies and get waxed in about 5 seconds flat. Right. Fact is, Lucas totally blew that scene and we all know it.

I think it's quite believable that Sidious was more powerful and cunning a warrior than those 3 Jedi put-together. The problem is that showing a warrior's superior power by making their opponent's power look unbelievably weak is completely ineffective: showing the superior warrior overcome great challenge and hardship using their immense skill and strength is much more impressive and vastly better story-telling. What's more badass, a human stepping on an ant, or a human defeating a lion in 1 on 1 combat? The scene doesn't work because it's the equivalent of a human stepping on an ant, but crucially, we've all been shown and told in the past that the ant is actually as strong as a lion. It's nonsense.
It should be noted, of all the Jedi present, Palpatine chose him first. There's only two reasons that you do that; 1. You pick off the weakest one first 2. You take out the biggest threat as soon as possible

I honestly think Palpatine/Sidious saw the collected might of that Jedi strike team and internally shit himself, and that's why he resorted to close quarters dueling. He needed time to get his focus back, and so took out Kolar first because 1. major threat and 2. it would send the team into disarray long enough for him to refocus. If he managed to take out more in that initial exchange, so be it, but he HAD to take out Kolar.

These videos are pointless, only a few Jedi were “powerful” they became weak with no sith to keep them training and adapting. they only seem strong because they facing regular no force power people. Every video you post is misleading saying this or that person was powerful. The sith stayed strong because they actually went and fought that’s why the master would make the apprentice go out on almost certain death missions. These Jedi masters were weak that’s why so many reached “powerful” ranking because it wasn’t that difficult to reach as compared to,Jedi of old.
In the end, you have to admit that it was in the script. Just like Darth Maul standing around looking at Obi Wan, while waiting to be cut in half. Not everything needs some complicated explanation.
These explanations appear when we don't want to accept what the script has shown us. That's when we have to explain away bad writing. The fact is, samuel L Jackson is a star and the other guys were nobodies. They die and he lives longer. That's Hollywood reality. But fan reality is... they were forced screamed. We do this because we love the franchise and we want things to make sense. I'm cool with that but sometimes I think it's good to realize that sometimes the writing even in our favorite movies can be bad just to cater to the masses or the actors and not us the fanbase.

In the rest of lore it's been known that they were equals and the duel would've gone on perpetaully which would obviously favor Windu and he knew it, but Palpatine orchestrated the entire thing so that he could manipulate Anakin further (which Lucas ALSO affirmed). They were equals, one just had far more time perpetrating the situation than the other and thusly had the upper hand. Plus the Sith always play it risky anyways when it comes down to it, and the gamble (along w force sight) paid off.
Jamaal Currie he does give off the energy I don’t like it either I don’t get why it’s so hard to comprehend that maces style and his overall standing in the force he is made to counter any dark side user but no can argue with the author. You missed the point if you didn't realize Palpatine was in control of that entire situation. Palpatine used Windu as a sacrificial lamb to seal Anakin's fate with the dark side. Palpatine is very calculating, he would not take a risk if he knew there was a high probability risk for him. And Palpatine has force powers to see future events, he knew he was going to succeed before it even happened. Because he's planned it that way all along.
He wasn't even watching or paying attention when the saber went through him, looked like he wasn't ready. Something that not even a padawan would do, let alone a "master"

No point in being 'one of the greatest' if when u turn up to the ruck with the back-up, u then summarily get stunned and murdered in under 2 secs by one Sith Lord, albeit Sheev Palpatine.
Palpatine was just buying time he was playing with him, he just waited for anakin to show up so he can show him that the Jedi are evil. This is also why he said "its treason then", he was trying to show anakin and the galaxy how evil the jedi are
It's sad how no one talks about master Echuu. Master Echuu was a powerful jedi master in the clone wars but went into hiding after he avenged his padawan's death. Later on he saves princess Leia and a few rebel soldiers that were under attack by Stormtroopers. But sadly a few days later master Echuu went up against Darth Vader so that the rebels could escape the asteroid planet and with that sadly master Echuu died.

Force scream can actually disorient the opponent, the problem was there are so many jedi who are very skilled in lightsaber however almost all of them have no experienced on fighting a sith lord thanks to the rule of two and since they have no actual training about what it feels like or what are the abilities of a sith they ended up being caught of guard.
His whole life led to that moment.
And he died in two seconds.

Ah yes, one of the worst scenes in film history: they had a chance to make this showdown absolutely freakin epic and instead turned it into a ridiculous joke. In order to justify it, the scene has to be retconned in any number of ways... "It was Sidious' force scream that stunned them!"... "Sidious was just that amazing"... "Sidious surprised them!"... uh no.
It's 4 v 1, and three powerful Jedi masters pretty much stand there like target dummies and get waxed in about 5 seconds flat. Right. Fact is, Lucas totally blew that scene and we all know it.

The idea that they could not have done a better job of showing Sidious' power without making the Jedi look like half drunk vagrants is laughable.

@@Locke19901 Don't get me wrong either - I'm not at all saying that the Jedi posse should have defeated Sidious. I think it's quite believable that Sidious was more powerful and cunning a warrior than those 3 Jedi put-together.
The problem is that showing a warrior's superior power by making their opponent's power look unbelievably weak is completely ineffective: showing the superior warrior overcome great challenge and hardship using their immense skill and strength is much more impressive and vastly better story-telling.
What's more badass, a human stepping on an ant, or a human defeating a lion in 1 on 1 combat? The scene doesn't work because it's the equivalent of a human stepping on an ant, but crucially, we've all been shown and told in the past that the ant is actually as strong as a lion. It's nonsense.

2. You take out the biggest threat as soon as possible

I honestly think Palpatine/Sidious saw the collected might of that Jedi strike team and internally shit himself, and that's why he resorted to close quarters dueling. He needed time to get his focus back, and so took out Kolar first because 1. major threat and 2. it would send the team into disarray long enough for him to refocus. If he managed to take out more in that initial exchange, so be it, but he HAD to take out Kolar.

These videos are pointless, only a few Jedi were “powerful” they became weak with no sith to keep them training and adapting. they only seem strong because they facing regular no force power people. Every video you post is misleading saying this or that person was powerful. The sith stayed strong because they actually went and fought that’s why the master would make the apprentice go out on almost certain death missions. These Jedi masters were weak that’s why so many reached “powerful” ranking because it wasn’t that difficult to reach as compared to,Jedi of old.
In the end, you have to admit that it was in the script. Just like Darth Maul standing around looking at Obi Wan, while waiting to be cut in half. Not everything needs some complicated explanation.
These explanations appear when we don't want to accept what the script has shown us. That's when we have to explain away bad writing. The fact is, samuel L Jackson is a star and the other guys were nobodies. They die and he lives longer. That's Hollywood reality. But fan reality is... they were forced screamed. We do this because we love the franchise and we want things to make sense. I'm cool with that but sometimes I think it's good to realize that sometimes the writing even in our favorite movies can be bad just to cater to the masses or the actors and not us the fanbase.

In the rest of lore it's been known that they were equals and the duel would've gone on perpetaully which would obviously favor Windu and he knew it, but Palpatine orchestrated the entire thing so that he could manipulate Anakin further (which Lucas ALSO affirmed). They were equals, one just had far more time perpetrating the situation than the other and thusly had the upper hand. Plus the Sith always play it risky anyways when it comes down to it, and the gamble (along w force sight) paid off.

You missed the point if you didn't realize Palpatine was in control of that entire situation. Palpatine used Windu as a sacrificial lamb to seal Anakin's fate with the dark side. Palpatine is very calculating, he would not take a risk if he knew there was a high probability risk for him. And Palpatine has force powers to see future events, he knew he was going to succeed before it even happened. Because he's planned it that way all along.

It's sad how no one talks about master Echuu. Master Echuu was a powerful jedi master in the clone wars but went into hiding after he avenged his padawan's death. Later on he saves princess Leia and a few rebel soldiers that were under attack by Stormtroopers. But sadly a few days later master Echuu went up against Darth Vader so that the rebels could escape the asteroid planet and with that sadly master Echuu died.
The stupendous wave we should have a video over Coleman. He served on the jedi council but died by jango fett in the arena his back story is intresting and I think it'd be a good character to understand more about
