Thanks for the mention in the video! We are happy to help you or anyone else get started with liquids. We totally understand our products are expensive and that everyone has to start somewhere. We truly believe in the power of liquids and help educate any and all liquid users whether they have our equipment or not. Keep up the great work and sharing knowledge and information!
I use liquid brine on side walks and have sprayed parking lots with it. All you need is the ibc tots in the truck as a tank and a gas pump and hose and reel to get sidewalks sprayed. 2 people will get it done way quicker and have the hose reel on the passenger side of the truck so you aren't fighting traffic. The brine works best for pretreatment and post treatment, with the right spray gun can melt up to an inch of snow pretty good
I'm definitely following this build pretty closely I'm still pretty new to the snow removal game however I'm looking at stepping up my game for next season. I'm very interested in the salt brining process however it was too expensive to get into for my first stepped up season however just do it yourself kind of set up I'm really interested in. I would definitely like updates on this with any information and knowledge you could share would be much appreciated
That equipment line always makes me laugh. Its like an overbuild, overpriced hobbyist solution for equipment - But doesn't appear to be GREAT at much... Have you ran one?
Hey Carson! Would you happen to have a parts list you used to make the brine setup youve got? Im looking to build one just like this setup and want to start small like this kind of build. Im also in the St. Paul area as well!
A idea for sidewalk is take a old belt drive walk behind take the deck off put a atv sprayer and a 12v pump then run it 3/4 pvc wand with caps on both ends and holes drilled into send the spray the pumps are cheap at harbor freight could be built for under 500 not including old belt drive walkbehind or a hydro mower
Here's some dumb ideas: Heat the water. Instead of pumping the liquid use an air bubler to agitate the mix. The brine is gonna wreck your pump. At the salts gradually. Start with distilled water. Agitate it with an outboard motor or .
Hey man. I’m in Maine and I build custom truck racks and back racks. I’d love to build one for your Ford if you show it off on your channel. I’ll send you a message on Instagram as well. It’s great to see some young nicks getting after it.

Another awesome video. Carson you are good at what you do. Thanks for videos. Appreciate it. And look forward to it. Keep it up
If your worried about clumps of salt if there’s too much pressure you could put a piece of metal mesh as a filter type thing
Great video would love to know more about the ratios and more how to with this particular subject.

do you have an update to your setup for 2022/23? also what are you using to test the salinity of the water?
That’s a good idea🤙
Good video Carson👍
Good video Carson! Have you guys switched over to brine now in real life? If so how do you like it compared to pellets?
You should look into a snowrator by toro, they have a brine sprayer on them and you could plow and spray at the same time
Check out ventrac they have a side walk meachine that does brine and has blower, plow,or broom

Get a tote, and 100 or 200 ft of rubber air hose is what we do. Use a diaphragm pump to power it.
Have u tried a western walk behind sprayer

About how long does it take to make 1 batch
What size pump are you using here?
What are the black fittings called on the side of tank
4wheeler sprayer and blade on the front
Put a sprayer on the golf cart they make them for utv
There are cities that use it for their roads out west
