david melnichuk it's a Northland buckshot rattle spoon in smallest weight and any small 1/32 or smaller jig will work tried it last year and kept 46 perch and a crappie in 5 hours of fishing
I routinely use an 8 inch dropper with great results, however I wouldn't recommend one that long for resting on the bottom as he showed. I can't imagine a situation when a perch would refuse a suspended morsel yet take the same morsel off the bottom tho.
