If this is the level of quality for a game made in just a month, I can't wait to see what the next projects look like! Awesome job, the game looks super satisfying to play.
bro the polish you’ve done for your game works wonders. the before and after is just insane and just like crack, if i were to play this game i probably wouldn’t be able to stop!
I think this format is really inspiring. I am currently searching for new dev challenges and am wondering if you have considered making this a chilled formatted game jam: one month time, in the end we all submit what we have (maybe with theme or even without). It is (at least in my opinion) better since I always struggle to make room for the weekend / weekly jams. In this format you would be working a healthy amount distributed over the month. The „green box game jam“.
Really enjoying this! I think you made the right call to drop your last game. Looking forward to you monthly games! One thing about your youtube videos is that the audio level per video is different! Try to level it so that if people watch multiple videos of yours they don't have to adjust the audio level. Just compare this one to your last one and I think you'll see what I mean. That said, you're making great content and intresting games, really looking forward what you will upload in the future!
Love ur progress man, u are clearly a very talented coder.. tho i do feel that having a random variable instead of a finite formula for the drops would be better.. having 2 nukes on the same level makes for much more intense game play.. do u use it again??? or.. will it destroy the entire level.. I also think that randomising the grass blocks with either 1 or 2 health would give the game a lot more scope.. it actually fits with real life also.. as areas of dirt and grass are patchier in places and more vibrant in others.. either way.. great idea for a game.. what inspired you?
Love the video! Short and sweet. Will definitely check out the game. As a fellow youtuber and game dev. Do you have any advice to making the process easier?
For Devlogs at least, I used to just record all the time while I was coding and developing etc but now I wait until I the project is in a place where I have something cool I can show then I go in and only record the footage I actually need.

Wow, nice devlog. I like Potato icon in the game so much. It reminds me the meme about Spanish laughing old guy :) So cool.
I honestly love this series. Reminds me of Yahtzee Dev Diaries. Please make more!
you are so underrated, you should have 10k+ atleast
This kids' got the skills to pay the bills.
😎
Awesome video! Loving the 2 minute format. Also the game is super polished, nice work!
The only negative feedback I have is that UA-cam compresses audio, please turn up your audio in your editing as your video and game were amazing!
I will change that. thank you for letting me know. I appreciate it 👍
Very well done and inspiring! Keep up the good work.
THIS IS AWESOME AND A GREAT CHALLENGE, I’m very excited to see your games through out this year :D
Very cool! Thank you for sharing your progress and so cool to see the game grow so quickly!
I already loved the previous version of it, but the items mechanic makes this new version super cool. I also loved the improved graphics🙌
Love your devlogs and 12 month 12 games challenge, looking forward to it.
Wow this is really cool, thanks for going into the mechanics as well! The item spawn solution is something I'd never think of right away.
Thank you! I’m happy you found it interesting
This gameplay is so satisfying to watch! Also, great devlog 🔥🔥
I've missed games like this, awesome work!

Yo! This is hype! Next year (after your goal) you need to put this stuff on the app store.

Hes looking kinda THICCÇCCCCCCCCCCCC
your next game should be named "little chicken"
it's the material form of beauty
Sounds like a funny game for mobile devices.

Классная игра!
Ты вдохновил меня сделать свою!
Но какой игровой движок ты использовал?
I used Game Maker Studio 2 for my engine, I did the graphics in AseSprite and I used audacity and bxfr to do sounds effects :)
