I love your cooking videos, they're some of my favorites you do! I think it's awesome that you try new things and aren't afraid to show us the hits and misses. A couple of suggestions from someone who bakes: the pans you're using are springform, meant more for cheesecakes. A solid cake pan will prevent the leaks. Ovens often have a hotter side so you can switch the cake pans half way for more even baking. The chocolate likely seized up because your temp was too high (melt on low and take your time), or another substance likely water got introduced. You can try to save it by adding just a bit of vegetable or coconut oil. 😀 Would love to see more book/movie cooking videos! Hunger Games? Game of Thrones? 🙂
Full disclosure, I was a pastry chef for 10 years and I used to use the edible gold shimmer on my eyes and lips because damn it is good😂

Even i don't understand exactly.... Can someone explain? I think she said something like... Trans people are trans people. They aren't women.
I guess the debate is something like .... Trans women are basically designated male at birth but they identify themselves as female.

James you are STRESSING me out by not once locking that mixing bowl. 😳 All stand mixer bowls have a little nub on the back that you need to lock in place before turning that gorgeous girl on. The bowl should be level!

When I first read the book, my family was going through some rough times, like really really bad times and the only time I felt free or at ease was when I was reading the HP books, made me go into this fantasy world. I love the books and the movies.
