Some reasons you disliked the bibble: You didn't let the brown sugar brown enough (you're meant to caramelize it), then evenly coat the popcorn. EVENLY. You should have split the white chocolate into different bowls, and color them seperately, and then drizzle EVENLY. So... give it another chance, and it will be homogenous.
