Not gonna lie, being adopted by Bruce Wayne, only to be framed for murdering him. Causing the character to be on the run with Batman's gadgets and tools sounds like an awesome setup to a character. Too bad this is the CW, and we're immediately into gender politics.

These sorts of writers don't actually know what intelligence looks like so they just make everyone else really dumb so their barely average fanfic characters look smart.
