hey. will you help me. my spec lab doesn't recognize the pedal at all. I tried on macOS big sur and on Windows 10. No luck at all. I tried switch cable as well.
@@altanamohan yes. I installed the usb driver and the spec lab software on their website. i have been doing this for days. still no luck. i don't think it is the cable. will you please link me the exact link you 've used. but I don't think it'll make a difference.

have you followed all the steps?
you should use spec lab 3.2.10 (mac) or 3.2.9 (widows 10)
