The Secret Tunnels of Leighton Barracks. A Roland Flade video.

During the Third Reich long tunnels, used as a bomb shelter, were dug into the hill next to the air base on Galgenberg. After the war, American soldiers had occasional parties in the tunnels. Forgotten after the Americans left in 2008, they were only rediscovered in 2017. The entrances have been closed since.

Did you read the text in the video? There is the anwser... But it´s not worth to think and search for it now. The tunnels are closed now.
