We're just not going to mention that you're getting shredded while you're reloading it or if the bots are at a medium distance you're getting shredded or if you need to run from them you can't fire it backwards and you're getting shredded. No matter how much I use it I always wish I had a different weapon at least three times or four times a game. it makes me completely dependent on my sidearm.

It’s worth it. Armor sets have a great passive and honestly the best designs on a long while. Some great steps with this. The only complaint I can make about this whole war bond is the alternate ammo on the shotgun. The stun rounds. Just not a lot of damage but obviously lethality isn’t what it’s suppose to excel in.
Halt + Loyalist just might be the sleeper combo for Terminids, theoretically. For chargers, use Halt to stun the butt then switch to Loyalist to burst it. Use Halt stun and fletchettes or stun and grenades/strategems to lock down breaches, or do kiting with Loyalist since you can run while charging as it's a secondary weapon. Use Loyalist's charged shots to snipe the shrieker nest and then use Halt's stun to drop shriekers. Halt and Loyalist seems to complement each other well, meaning it opens up the strategems and grenade for variety.
This is the BEST Warbond so far IMO. If some new player asked me "what warbond should I buy first?" would be this one from today. A Warbond have basically 3 components: Weapons, Armor (perks) and Cosmetics (armor, emotes, skins, player pose, player background). 1) Cosmetics wise is stunning and badass 2) Armor perk is a very useful one specially vs Bots 3) All 3 guns are A or S vs both factions and, most important, are not niche guns. SMG is S vs bots and A vs bugs. Shotgun is A- vs bots and S vs bugs. Pistol is S vs bots and S vs bugs. If someone wants to start playing the game today, just need to by this Warbond and have awesome weapons to play overall! That is why, taking all these points into account, for me this Warbond is the best so far. AH deserves praise finally for these guns. Pipz said it well, Halt has an uniqueness that is so good to have in some special guns, like Exotics from Destiny 2 for example.
After trying It out myself... The smg is nutz, It has ONLY one problem, accuracy, but It gets the "Accuracy by volumen of fire" pretty well. It handles... Decently, and the sidearm is nutz, not as much as the senator... But pretty good. So... I would say its the BEST warbond if we dont COUNT Steeled veterans. So, seccond best... BUT, i do acknoledge that Steeled veterans basically NEEDS the armor from viper commandos with the peak phisique to be usefull, while this one is good with just itself. Not as good as Stelled Veterans.. but doesnt need 2 warbonds to give you all It offers, so... Between the BEST and the seccond best depending on how you Consider It. The JAR-5 Dominator is better, but needs the peak physique, and the senator is better than the loyalist... So, Steeled veterans is better on the sidearm and better on the main weapon IF and only IF you have armors with peak physique. Overall, one of the BEST no doubt of that, eighther the BEST or the seccond best (i know polar patriots have the pummeler, the purifier and the space Desert eagle. But i do believe this one to be slightly better
If arrowhead could just get us a keybind to swap ammunition types with 1 press that shotgun would be NASTY work. Might even be one of the best primaries in the game if you could easily stun then swap right away to shoot. The SMG is great, especially with recoil reduction armor it really shines.
It's an ok warbond. I'd give it a 3/5. The weapons all feel nice, but we didn't get a new Granade and only one set of armor, that only has one very niche perk. I liked the chemical warbond much better, I still have switch my loadout since it dropped. I'll probably use the SmG from time to time instead of the purifier, but I'm set with what I use. Unless they give me the chemical barrage or nerve gas
Correction hive guard die in 4 hit to the head the fifth is actually a dead animation [cancel/speed up] which is annoying so many time that people waste bullet on it's [slow ass dead animation ]

2:48 reason why i hate any other armor rather than the light gunner. 50 armor is so risky and 150 is so slow. Having a rly hard time trying to change my light 100 amor rate amor at this point. Medium are okish but i find myself still missing full speed from light. Warbond wise i find it rly meh tbh

I like all new guns but the reload on smg is annyoing. Reload takes a bit too long imo and 25 bullets are gone pretty fast. Smg is good for bots and no for bugs.
Sadly the Halt is overshadowed heavily by the Blitzer. Blitzer basically uses both Halt ammo types at the same time; except it's Stun is also Medium pen instead of Halts Light Pen. Plus no slow reload, infinite ammo, hits multiple targets, explodes enemies, and deals full damage at a further range.
Sure, now take a blitzer against bots. Blitzer doesn't have the range, accuracy or firepower vs bots. Not to mention against bugs it doesn't have the rate of fire or stopping power. The Blitzer is a super easy weapon to use. It's S tier for sure because you literally don't have to think, just click. However the max potential of the halt is significantly higher in certain situations.
At like 30m, you can use the stun rounds and stun an entire bug breach with the Halt by using it's spread. The rate of fire allows you to spray the entire area.
True, but I personally don’t like the lightning spewer family of weapons. The random arcs missing enemies right next to each other and the gun not feeling that powerful with that sound just isn’t my cup of tea. I personally like the sound the Halt makes and the utility (no need to run stun grenades) it gives to my builds.
Everything everybody else is saying is true, but additionally Halt has higher durable damage by a lot I think. It took out a spewer in 1 shot with the flechette. Blitzer takes about 4 shots. That's an insane difference

But then you realise it's have 8 med. pen shots! because 16 rounds separated for 2 mag. - New SMG Reprimand.. don't like it because of recoil. Better take the Scorcher then - New plasma pistol... nice! but better take Senator if you have)) overall.. not bad.. but kind of useless Warbound. I will not take any armor or weapon from this to a real mission. There are better options.
Cosmetic wise, IT IS the best warbond.

Be honest pips! It’s definitely worth it for shotgun alone-- however the SMG SHREDS on bots
for me this warbond is worth it for the paint jobs and drip alone.
I have just tried it against automatons and it was awful, its interesting to see that it shines against termids

the stun rounds on the halt are probably amazing for holding a horde back while waiting for an airstrike to come in.
The sound design on this warbond's weapons is very nice, I feel like they need to go even harder for the deagle when it finally reaches its true glory
