I have been to every location mentioned at The University of North Dakota. The only incident that I was aware of previously was the fire that killed the couple in the basement of the fraternity. It was my understanding that 3 people perished in the blaze, which could very well be incorrect. Many fond memories at that location, none that could be called haunting however. Thanks for the detailed research.

Makes sense when we first moved here (dickinson) 11 yrs ago. Weird stuff happened, and we asked our neighbors if stuff happened in their home, too. My first thought was that they were built on Native American burial grounds.

My grandmother worked at San Haven in the 1930s when it was a TB sanitarium. She had her young son with her and at that time it was a beautiful campus.
Never heard of the Roughrider being haunted and have stayed there many times.

Thanks for tuning in, Linda! You'd be surprised how often we hear that... but the only haunts we cover are ones that have been reported numerous times by unconnected, reputable sources and over many years! We don't throw our vote in to either hat... we're just here for the history, ghost stories, and good times :-) Any other good ones you'd like to see us cover in the future?

@@FrightNightScares I’m not sure that I know of any haunted locations. A lot of ghost stories from my grandparents generation, though. Those quiet prairie nights sound like they could be spooky.

Savannah, man I get that. Here in Oregon we preserved all our old stuff but by doing things like making weed legal haha which actually brought in hundreds of millions in tax revenue for the state in it's first month. Embrace change is what everyone should be doing. Fighting evolution is a great way to go extinct.

I used to be a maintenance person at und so id be out and about at all weird hours saw some small stuff in a few spots but the one that i didnt hear was the wilkerson complex tunnels. Id frequently see a girl (college age dressed like 70s style long dark hair) running in the tunnels at 5-7 am and just passed it off as someone who was into retro style. Except one day i saw her go around a corner and there was noone there just a few seconds later later one of the buildings had a display on the spirits on campus and they showed her too.

I was walking down the street and my cigarette just started _attacking_ me. You know, flying around my head like an angry hornet. And it made me run into a pole, like a running faceplant, _pow!_ And I fell down. And there was this cop there, and he came over like, "What the fuck, dude?" And I told him my cigarette strated _attacking_ me, and it made me run into the pole, and he didn't believe me. So I said, "Like, _here,_ dude, light one up and see for yourself." But he wouldn't. And then he goes, "You look like you're high." And I go, "Nuh-uh, man, no I don't." And he goes, "Yeah you do." And I didn't want him to take my shrooms away, so I ran... But I ran into another pole. But this other pole wasn't really a pole after all, it was another cop. And the bag of shrooms flew out of my pocket and rolled down the sewer. And then they put me in the cop car and took me to Dennys.
