hindsight is definitely 20/20. When i removed those things and saw the wear, i definitely thought it wasnt the best idea. Super sketchy, had they burned away, i would have had that 3mm of slop in the axel and probably would have got some nasty wobbles.
Hi Mike, glad to see this vid! Struggling with the same problem on a Rocket R3 front wheel alignment. This could be a solution but I have some doubts? My bike pulls to the left, clamps and forks were reset, no luggage, tried different roads, outcome the same. Then I noticed my front wheel is offset to the left (sitting in front of the bike) about 3mm. Now... When I add spacing to the left side (my free forkleg) should I not compensate by substracting spacing on the right side? When you add washers to the disc it will work only on one side where I need to add spacing to the disc but how do you fix the other side when the disc rotor doesn't match the Caliper groove?
Has this been an issue since you bought the bike or was it post a modification or something? Are you running the stock front wheel? I was kind of thinking of the forks two by what you were describing, since its actually pulling rather than just a rub or slight misalignment. Thats a really tough one if its all stock.
@Mikeityourself I Bought a new one 3 years ago, it had it since the beginning. The bike is stock, both tires are new. My dealer said it's normal and because of the big engine it makes it do that but that's BS. When I turn the throttle when standing still it pulls it to the right. I'm sure with the correct spacing I can fix it but I just don't see how to get the calipers to fit afterwards since the Brembo Stylema M4 is bolted from the top whereas with most Harleys I see it's bolted horizontally. Apparently, all Rockets have it to some extent. As a matter of fact, we have a 2nd Rocket that is slightly newer and that one has it too
Im with you on what the dealer said, doesnt make sense. Ive felt the bikes pull when they have the 180 pistons but its only when you throttle. The only thing I can think of would be to maybe try feeler gauges if you cant fit a caliper and then make small changes until you get to the right place. Sorry Im not able to help more, hoping one of those watching might have some direction.

Parece que has trabajado mucho. Lamento saber que todavía no funciona. Esperemos que la solución del buje funcione. Buena suerte.
